I had a wonderful experience with Queen Nails … typically I don’t do walk ins I usually schedule but this was a last minute idea and they were about amazing with me being a walk in and a first timer. My daughter and I came in for a pedicure as it was her fifth birthday. My older two daughters got their nails painted and added a flower. The total cost was $130 my toenails were done with regular polish and we're not dry when I left the salon so unfortunately the Polish got messed up when I put on my shoes I did not notice until that evening and came back the next day to have them fix it they then try to charging me $30 because they changed the Polish to gel instead of regular. When I question the price that I just paid $45 yesterday for a pedicure they then called someone and came back with $20 to charge me I wish they would have just fixed it for free as it was not my mistake I was told they were dry but they were not.

Rushed, was kind of rough when filing my nails. Did not give me the shape I wanted, they all look different shapes and sizes. My thumb didn’t dry correctly for some reason and the gel began to peel. I sat in there for two and a half hours getting a fill in and basic color. Nothing too dramatic.

I went to Queen nails to fix my nails that a recent nail place had done (they were bad) Queen nails service was amazing. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment and fixed my nails. They talked to me during the service and asked me questions to get to know me as a customer. I will be returning many times in the future.

My fiancé just got her nails done at this place and they overcharged her $20 from what the listed price was for her service. The guy doing her nail service had an infection in one of his own fingernails, and his other hand was bleeding. They also do not accept credit card. They only deal in cash, so it is obvious they are up to no good and cheating sales tax etc. This place needs to be shut down by the state health department.

Worst place ever I drove all the way from Detroit lakes Mn to get my daughters nails done for the first time and they did not last got them done Saturday and by the evening after her bath they were starting to come off . By Sunday during her 2nd bath with the nails all were off . Called to get somewhat of a refund with being so far away and all they said was to come in and I am not driving 4 hours to redo what they must have done wrong . Do not go here and waste your money to get gel nail polish that won’t survive the night .

Made my appointment about a week in advance, but when I walked in there I waited for 27 minutes past my appointment and just left and went to Lucky Nails, which wasn't worth the money either, unfortunately.

Had a pedicure today the pedicure was good the finished product was bad polish already coming off after 3 hours I will not go back there 🙃

The staff was super friendly and did an amazing job! Will 100% go back again and highly reccomend!! I love my nails😁

Staff was on FaceTime throughout my whole appointment. I showed them a picture and said if it was too 6 had a simpler design. Ended up with huge french tips, bubbles in polish, rough edges, a streaky attempt of an ombre, and flowers that look as if a kindergarten did them. The girl was very sweet, so I feel bad, but my $90 acrylic nails are dissatisfactory at best.

My sister and I went here to get our nails done and Lexi is amazing! After just over three weeks, our nails are all still attached and looking very good. I often have problems with my nails popping off! We are going back to get them rejuvenated in a few days.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Do NOT go to this nail salon. Took my little one to simply get her fingernails and toenails painted, and requested a clear coat, nothing else. They painted her nails the wrong color and caused her pinky toenail to bleed. Then they charged us $45 and would only accept cash.

Don't let the hateful reviews put you off. Very competent and helpful staff. This is my wife's favorite place to get her nails done.

I've always gone to Queen nails it's my favorite place to go. Sadly today was my last day going there because I'm moving to California. But I would prefer anybody to Queen nails. Especially the gentleman that works there is usually the one that takes care of me, and does a great job. Very friendly atmosphere
