Ultra Nail Boutique prides themselves on their attention and care to health and safety. They promote the importance of both health and safety, and are equipped with the latest, greatest in technology and sanitation. To ensure you are protected, all of our pedicure chairs are equipped with disposable plastic liners and are changed in between each customer. Our metal tools are sterilized in a hospital-grade sterilizer machine called the Autoclave. Their non-metal tools are disposable, which includes the buffers, filers, foot file blocks, which are disposed after each customer. Best of all, they are yours to keep! First time visiting this nail salon after a recommendation. I was honestly a bit surprised by the cost. They told me I didn't need to remove the extension I had underneath (and just got done less than two weeks prior) but they did and ended up charging me for a full set plus a shape fee even though my nails didn't change shape at all. I had done chrome (which is an extra $20) and they started peeling within the first few days. When I went in on my day off, the receptionist told me they only do repairs at 6:30pm, which unfortunately I wasn't able to make work as I was away the following few days and they will not repair for free after a week. Super disappointing experience. All in all, I paid $95 for my nails to last 4-5 days.

I made an appointment but had to wait over 30 min for any service. The nail tech did an extremely sloppy job. The nails were bumpy and uneven but I didn’t notice until I was checking out. When I asked if they could fix them I was told that the woman who did my nails had already left and that I had to come back the next day but I explained I was unable to due to work. The workers were not sympathetic of the 2.5 hours I spent getting a very basic service that was botched.

Not trying to shame anyone , the ladies here were very nice, however this has to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. When I ask the lady if she could clean up the polish on the skin she said it would go away very quickly.

I have been coming here for years and have been disappointed the last few months. I think it is new management. I make appointments via phone or online and arrive on time for the nail person I requested. The last few times they can't find the appointment ordon't have the tech I requested even working that day! When I accommodate to another tech, it has damaged my nails. It has been such a convenient location but not sure anymore if they will continue to get my business. The ladies are so nice- Serena and Jenny.Not an organized salon.
