The people were very kind and gentle! The guy who did my nails was so sweet but the quality was not there. These are just not "professional". The fake nails applied for length did not fit correctly, the acrylic was not applied close enough to the sides. The gems were not applied where they would stay well and I even paid more for gel polish because I was told it would hold the gems better. Thry fell off within 2 hours. I wanted to love this place because of the hospitality but not with the quality of nails I received.

I paid over $300 for my daughter's and I to get my nails done YESTERDAY... we all got full sets with gel polish. My oldest daughter's nails started peeling within just a few hours... Each layer separated from the layer above it and then just fell off. The people were friendly and I loved the atmosphere, but this definitely shouldn't have happened.

This was the best experience I’ve had, he was so nice and took his time for the detail, I was iffy about asking for this design but I’m glad I did, he also pushed me to try a new shape and I’m in loveeee😍

It was my first time in this salon and there was a good atmosphere and the staff were cordial and friendly. I went in for a fill and a pedicure. They had a new employee who said he had been doing nails in FL for several years that did my fill. The quality of work did not reflect years of experience. After applying the acrylic, my nails were not properly filed down to blend in the fill, so the surface of most of my nails is lumpy and wavy. I didn't notice the quality until after I left and looked at it in the sunlight. I probably won't go back.

My daughter and I are always so happy when we can get our nails done together. Lots of color choices and friendly people! They do a great job and walk-ins are welcome. They do waxing too! They totally fixed my eyebrows!

i had an appt with LA Nails because Hi Tek had bad reviews. got to my appt and the woman said she couldn’t do this heart design so i took a chance and came to Hi Tek. BEST experience and the BEST work. i had such a nice conversation with my nail artist and he put 100% effort into making my nails look amazing! i loved my visit and i’ll be back for sure! i also got a pedi and it was so nice!! highly recommend this business!

Everyone there was nice except the lady who did my nails. She was a little older and super rude. My nails are not the same shape and they're lumpy. When I told her she just looked at me and kept going. She was super pushy with my hands too. Then at the end when I was paying, she held the receipt while I was signing and kept pointing at the place where I write the tip???

The guy who did my nails had only been there for 1 week I paid $45.00 for the nails the color wasn’t the one picked out and he didn’t go all the way back on my nails with the acrylic the nails would turned out very pretty but it looks like I’ve had them done a week already and I just got them done on 9-10-24
