Sophie at Bella Nails is a real professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, which was a natural finish with a graduated pink to whiter tip. She helped me choose a color that works with my skin tone and did a beautiful job. I walked in thinking that this was just a one-time visit, but I am absolutely going to return. Highest rating and a great price.

I can’t stress enough how much I love this place!! Been coming for years now (I love Lynn, she’s great at getting the perfect shape) I have since moved but everytime I come in town I HAVE to stop by. Don’t miss out

I generally try and give everyone the benefit of the doubt but had a very poor experience here today! I have been here previously and not been disappointed but would probably stay away from the older gal moving forward with salt and pepper long curly hair. I went in for a simple mani pedi and ended up having my skin/ cuticle cut enough to bleed several times on my toes and once on my hands, and the polish job is atrocious. No disrespect but it genuinely seemed like she couldn’t see. She was trying to cut my nails in the beginning and missed by nails multiple times, and left extra polish on my cuticles with other nails not being completely filled in. For 80$ I’m a little bummed on the experience! Just wanted to give everyone the heads up.

I have loved getting my nails done here. I have had Nancy and she is amazing! Always gets the perfect shape, does a great job painting the nails and is able to do designs better than the picture!

The best gel manicures I have ever gotten in my LIFE are from Bella nails. Normally a gel manicure I get anywhere else starts chipping after a week and is in bad shape after 2. Every single gel manicure I have gotten from Hui at Bella nails has lasted 3+ weeks. I’m not sure how he does it!! The photo attached is my nails after almost 3 weeks, not a single chip. Can’t say enough good things about this place. They are always able to get me in within an hour of calling, they have a great selection of colors, and everyone is so professional. For as long as I live in Bozeman I will never get my nails done anywhere else ❤️❤️

I was not super pleased with the nails that I got done at Bella’s the first time (they really didn’t look good and nail tech wasn’t very nice) but when I called about getting them redone the lady I spoke to (Vivian) was very nice and offered to fix them for free so I really appreciate that! The first couple pictures are a reference of what I wanted vs what I got and the last pictures are what Vivian fixed me up with. She is so kind and I am so happy with the way she fixed my nails they look amazing. So while the initial appointment wasn’t what I wanted Vivian made sure I was happy in end. I recommend!!

The tech I got originally didn’t do the full service and was unpleasant to be around. They switched in a new tech who was lovely. Went to leave a tip by Venmo and was told it goes to the salon then the ladies pay check??! How does that happen??? Each tech should have their own Venmo not the Salons Venmo. Hope someone checks their records.

Dip manicure is ok. I think they were rushing as it was busy. Nails are shorter than I asked for and when I said I didn't love the shape, I felt ignored. Not a relaxing atmosphere, as they don't tell anyone to come back later. There is a sign that says if you are dissatisfied to address it before you leave store "no exceptions" Well, I didn't feel comfortable addressing voice my concerns in a waiting area with 8 people standing around listening. The whole place was packed and I was too uncomfortable to say anything. I won't go back for the price vs quality. Im sorry, because seemed like friendly staff, but that is not what I am paying for.
