Tracy was incredible! She's great at what she does, offers lovely conversation during the haircut, and will not stop until you are fully satisfied with her work! I highly recommend you stop in and give her a try. I know she is my new stylist going forward

Great cut by Heather but online system (employee) busted. I arrived 10 minutes early, and another customer arrived shortly thereafter. The new customer was told his stylist just went into a meeting and his wait time was now 90 minutes. He then asked for 1st available stylist and the system (employee) slipped him in front of me. I challenged the employee and she said they don’t give out appointments: I only had an estimated time.

Just got the MVP Experience at Sports Clips in Kalispell, MT with Tina—and it was fantastic. She chatted the whole time, made sure my cut was exactly what I wanted, and even threw in a relaxing scalp and neck massage. Felt more like a pro barber-spa than a quick clip. Tina’s friendly, down-to-earth style made the visit memorable—I’ll definitely be back.

I always go to SueAnn, she is hands down the best stylist there. If I try to schedule and she isn't working I don't go. She goes above and beyond! Plus she remembers who you are. That girl deserves a HUGE raise!

I scheduled a haircut for my grandson online with Bill. Arrived on time and at check in was told it wouldn't be too long. Bill took the client scheduled before, which is understandable. My grandson was 'next on deck'. Bill finished with the other client, started fiddling with the computer and then all of a sudden my grandson was 5th in line. Then another wait, could see Bill doing stuff in the back, but just figured he was getting ready for his next client, then just to see Bill ready to leave in his street clothes. When I went up to ask what was going on, Bill said "is that R*****?" So he actually knew he had another client waiting. He said he was off at 2 and the system shouldn't have let me put him in for an appt. Thank goodness there was another stylist available so she took my grandson immediately. Bill changed my grandson from next to 5th in line, without a word to us. No consideration or communication at all. He should have let us know about the scheduling issue, which happens, so my grandson could have been put with another stylist sooner. Sports Clips wasn't extremely busy so we could have been out of there sooner than a 45 minute wait just to be moved to another stylist.

Really high-quality service and haircut for the price. I know it’s a successful chain, but SueAnn the manager, really runs this place well and treats her customers great. She is thorough with her clients and in training her staff. Kudos to her!

Sport Clips is great! It's very easy to sign up online to secure a place so that you don't have to wait in line at the store. Sue Ann is a great manager and now has the place fully staffed, which has drastically decreased wait times. Service is always great! Haircuts are thorough and there is always an option for an MVP upgrade. I highly recommend.

I was able to sit in the chair in 5 minutes without an appointment. The stylist was very friendly and did a great job on the cut. I got a free upgrade being my first time at that location.

Love the atmosphere and extra treatments. Katie does the best job meeting her clients needs and gave both me and my son perfect haircuts!

The barbers are actually great, but I have been extremely misinformed on wait times. You need to sign up for a digital wait-list online which gives you an estimated wait time, so I arrived to the location 10 minutes before my estimated time …

I waited 30 minutes beyond the time I received via the app and well beyond the time noted on the board when I arrived. No sense of urgency from anyone on the staff, even the manager. Poorly managed and trained staff. Total waste of my time.

Checked in online for a haircut at 12:30, kept getting pushed back. Arrived at 1:30 when I get a text, then my haircut gets removed from the board because the stylist is done for the day. Why take appointments if you’re not going to honor …

Really good haircut and customer service. If I’m being honest I haven’t had the best experience going to places like this in the past. Going here was different and I would definitely go back. They treat you great, they take their time and the MVP experience was well worth it.
