Walked in for a gel pedicure & loved my whole experience! Jaron is amazing - highly recommend for my girls looking to get their feet / nails done to request him. It had been about 3 months for me & he left my feet feeling completely refreshed & brand new. The owner is also such a sweet Queen & they offered me wine / set me up to work comfortably while I was there. My new fav spot in Norristown- love you Meet team! ✨

When my husband called to ask about the different pedicure packages listed on their website, the woman on the phone didn’t know the differences and simply told him to “look on the website” (even after he explained the website didn’t clarify). When I arrived, no one welcomed me or explained anything. I was handed a menu, and when I asked questions, the staff kept pointing me to a service that was double the price. After I insisted, the man who did my pedicure explained a little, but he kept asking the woman questions in their language, and it was clear she was trying to make him sell me the most expensive option, which I really didn’t like. The service itself was rushed, even though the salon wasn’t busy. While exfoliating my feet with the heel file, he scraped my ankle, making it bleed during the service. The result looked fine and he was very sweet, but it was hard to relax. I also saw an employee washing and scrubbing a tool in the sink, but I didn’t see her put it in the sterilizer. That made me question if they really sterilize their instruments, especially since I had an open wound. Advice: Customer service makes all the difference. We go to a salon to relax (I know how to do my own nails, but I wanted to feel good and have a pleasant experience). Especially for a first-time client, the first impression is what truly stays. Suggestion: ask the customer if they would like some water/coffee… no one asked me that… its a small detail but makes us feel welcomed.

Monica did such an amazing job on my nails! She really takes her time in perfecting the shape and I love how unique and creative they came out. She executed a design I showed her and made them even better! I’m meeting my boyfriend in Alaska to show them off today and am so excited!

Got a UV gel manicure today and I’m obsessed !!! Was going for a very natural look and they definitely delivered. Will be returning. Shaping was done well and every little tweak I asked for was done.

Place is clean and everyone is friendly and very accommodating! My nails came out fantastic - took half the time as other places and price was affordable.

Today, I was disturbed when tech went to bathroom with gloves on and flushed the toilet. Never took gloves off to use restroom or change gloves when returning to complete my service. Overall they’re nice. Also, before completing my service asked for payment. The owner just took payment from her client after completing service. What was that about? Mmm trying not to go there in my mind. My pedicure could’ve been better on one or two toes.I don’t know about a second chance.🤔 I would definitely address the above issues.
