TERRIBLE! I visited the salon in advance and asked for a wash-n-set, nothing else. I went today and the person who washed my hair, was so rough as if I was an animal. Then, very few rollers was used and the hair is rolled in the opposite direction. Needless to say, my hair looked terrible!!! It seems like, they do a poor wash-n-set because in their minds, they are going to blow dry and/or use flat irons. For me, since you could not execute a good wash-n-set, why on earth would I allow you to apply additional heat/treatment. Lastly, $60.00 for a TERRIBLE wash-n-set is unacceptable.

I would have to agree with many of the reviews here. This establishment does an amazing job! Today I went in to get a roller set and blow dry. I left with bone straight soft hair. No complaints there. But then when I went to pay, I was charged $60 (my hair is fairly long) - so cool. And was asked to leave a tip. I left my tip (20%) and was charged an extra $2 on my receipt in addition to the $60 + 20% tip. Now $2 is not much, so is what it is. But I was never told what the additional fee was for. It was simply charged to my card. I would go back, but they definitely need a price sheet so as not to come off shady!

They are mean-spirited people who overcharge for services they do not have the knowledge to perform. From roller sets to flat iron, the stylist tries to get over without using products. Instead, they use damaging high heat temperatures. If you want healthy hair, don't go there!

This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had after not putting heat or dying my hair for a year I decided to go to this salon per a friend telling me about and the owner was not in there. The guy at the front asked me what I wanted I showed a picture he said yes we can do this for you. I showed the older lady that was doing my hair a picture of it and she said yes she could do it. Then she proceeds to give me the color book and tell me too choose a color and I have no knowledge of color so I told I came to you to get my hair done I don’t know what color it is. She says okay and proceeds to put a copper red on my hair when I asked for a champagne brown with highlights. I showed them multiple times the picture of what I wanted and they didn’t know what they where doing the lady that washes hair she was extremely rude and ruff with my hair. When they put the dye on my hair my scalp was burning and itching to the point I wanted to scream. I left with an ugly color in my hair and had to pay $90 for something I didn’t want. I left with my hair wet and my forehead and ear full with color cause they did a sloppy job of dying my hair. Then I proceeded to have an allergic reaction for days breaking out on the sides of my face. Also my nails got messed up from having to freaking scratch my scalp because it was burning so bad and the lady wasn’t trying to help but told me it’s supposed to itch. I had dye all over my hands. There’s a picture of what I wanted it’s like a champagne brown light brown.

I was a walk in appointment here, I had to come at the last minute to prepare for an event and bby let me tell you, they did not miss. My girl Ella really hooked me up…my hair is bone straight and nice and shiny. The wash was amazing and the blow dry and flat iron was super thorough. I will definitely be back!

Good quality and reasonable price. They did the Dominican roller set and blowout exactly as I asked and in under 2 hours. And no burns. Shiny bouncy results. I’m happy with it.

Awesome Salon! I’ve been coming here about 6 years and appreciate the personal touch I always receive! The owner is very friendly and the stylist always does a nice job! I started out with wash, set and blow out and moved on to color! I always get compliments on my hair! My two daughters come too! Highly recommended!

I would usually give them 5 stars, but not today. The main reason I revisit them is because I don't ever have a complaint. The other day I came there thinking I was going to get a great result of getting my hair colored. Well that didn't turn out good 😒. First off I knew I should had waited until the man came in that sits up front because he knows what he's talking about. The lady was working by herself and I could barely understand what she was saying. All I was looking forward to was my results to come out like last time. The lady did a great job on my color last time with just a rinse, but I was little worried to get my hair dyed again because after that I didn't see her again after I went back. So I waited a long time to get it dyed again. My hair look the same color and I did talk to them about it. I really don't see any color I guess and neither does my family🤦🏽. Also, I thought you supposed to color the hair all the way down 🤷🏾. I did want my hair trimmed but after that, I was scared she would mess up on that too. I guess I just paid for her effort. Next time I will either come back or wait until the man comes in.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They price gauge you!! I went for color and I was CHARGED $100. When I have been before and it was $60. Every time the prices are different. There is no price list and the man always charges different. Will never go back! BEWARE!!

walking in- i walked in and looked around there was a blonde lady in a chair so i called her name and i honestly don’t think she heard me so i did some looking for myself, i saw the sign in tablet and it wouldn’t let me enter my email so i was just calling her over like “hi!” “excuse me!”, i eventually called the hair salon (yes while i was in the salon) and the man who answered told me he would take care of it, i’m not sure what he did because to me it didn’t look like he was in the salon (he was in the back) so i was just like confused. so then she finally gets up and walked over and told me to sign in on the paper, which i did and then i follow her back to the wash section. wash-we walk over to the washing bowl and she was very gentle. humming and singing asking if the water was okay, used all the normal products and washed/combed thoroughly. not much to say here just was thorough yet gentle and was receptive to the things i did (i.e. stopped moving my head so i could wipe my ear,stopped moving so i could adjust myself in the chair,etc.) we wrapped up and it was about thirty minutes/forty minutes and then we walked over to the chair behind the washing center and i sit in the chair. roller/detangling- my mom detangled my hair beforehand so i didn’t really have to worry about it but i am a victim to shrinkage and that can cause the hair to tangle up again, so she combed through as usual and there really was nothing to note about that part of the experience. she was very gentle and there was little to no pain really so she put the rollers in and we continued like normal and then i was walked over to the dryer dryer-i sat under the dryer for about x amount of minutes and listened to a podcast, i was led over to the other chair afterwards. blow dryer- very quick and thorough, split the hair into little sections which made it easier to detangle and blow dry+brush. flat iron-she only flat ironed some parts in order to do the curls so i don’t have much to say about that. curling process-curling process was just the larger flat iron turned over and right side up, very quick and no pain. she was very considerate end credits-in conclusion, out of ten i’d give it a 9 star experience. i was very pleased with the result and the process was very quick to say the least (arrived at 11:20,left at 2:05), Aida was very considerate and making sure i was comfortable while also getting the job done. the only reason it’s not a ten is because of the beginning when i walked in and i was standing there for some time, otherwise it was a very great experience! i got a roller set and asked her to only curl the ends and it came out to 60$! very cheap and worth it!!
