Abbey was absolutely amazing in every way!! I am not naturally adventurous with my hair but she was so good listening to the things I knew I didn’t like and took notes of what I liked and the reference pics I brought. As I marinated in foils she took that time and gave my 11 year old a little trim on her hair which was super sweet. I am looking to donate my hair again in a year, so when it came to the cut Abbey gave me a cut that is going to grow out really nice leaving length in the back. Holy moly the toner!!!! She chose a brown ash toner and it is absolutely stunning, bright and beautiful. Abbey is young, sweet, open minded, has great conversation and was knowledgeable in hair!!! My children and I will be back for our hair needs. Thank you so much Abbey!!!

Today I had my first facial with Suzanne the aesthetician, and just let me say, it was HEAVEN... the room is very peaceful and inviting. Suzanne is extremely personable while listening to my skin care concerns, while she gently educated me on skin care routine. She also recommended products without being a pushy sales person. I can't wait for my next appointment.

I'd give 5 stars for the experience and the haircut we received for my daughter. It was a welcoming and clean environment with kind staff all around and we loved our stylist. I looked online ahead of time for pricing and the website clearly states that a girls haircut with a blow dry is $33. It says nothing about it being dependent on the stylist or a range of prices. I booked this appointment over the phone. I was surprised to learn that the haircut was actually $45 on my receipt. When I called to see if I could have the issue corrected I was told there was nothing they could do, that the price was $45. This price was never disclosed or advertised on their website or to me when I made the appointment, or I would have gone elsewhere. I understand tiers of price based on experience and happily pay that for myself as a good stylist is worth the price. Having upfront and consistent pricing advertised is important for people when making decisions on where to go and their budget.

AMAZING! The lady’s were super nice and loved talking to them everyone was happy and the lady I was with was super helpful and kind! She help me shaped my face and it turned out perfect she also had some great story’s and advice for hair! A little pricey but definitely worth it!🩷(I will be going back)

Spoke with a stylist about a wella color removing process that I had done in the past. She told me she can get the same product no problem. Then the day of my appointment she used a completely different product because she couldn’t find what I had asked for and instead of being upfront about this she told me when she had already applied the product to my hair. My hair came out horrible and extremely damaged. I asked her to please refund some of my money as I now have to pay for someone else to fix it the day before my engagement photos. She directed me to the owner who never returned my call. I paid $260 dollars ….. for this.

The first pedicure I had was great. On-time, personable, did a great job. Then I went for free facial. Also lovely. Then tried to go back. Person who had helped me was no longer there. Originally had a 1:45 appointment. Received a call around 1, asking if I could change my time to 2 or 2:15. I said yes, if that would give her enough time. Not 5 minutes later I received a text - telling, not asking this time - that my new appointment was 2:30. Ok, but when I arrived I was seated for a several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. It was clear that the two technicians were just getting started on their clients, and by 2:45, I left. I advised the owner of what had happened and one of the technicians, who followed me upstairs confirmed what had happened. No apology, no offer of discount, no offer to rebook. I said I expected not to pay the cancellation fee and at least she agreed to that. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

Wow! First time getting a facial and Suzanne was wonderful. She was very professional and full of knowledge giving me tips to take care of my skin and keep it healthy. Very relaxing too! Highly recommend Suzanne.
