First time going to this place they were very nice and my nails and feet look amazing definitely will be back for a refill

They don't even deserve ONE star! I used to come to this shop allllll the time years ago. The service used to be great and the customer service used to be great! (I miss THOSE people) I don't come here at all anymore but my aunt decided on this shop today and omg! The people that are here now are VERY rude, unprofessional, bad attitudes, overpriced subpar service. So I was getting a full set with gel polish and when I chose my length, I was told it was considered long so my nails would be $40...I didn't agree because I didn't believe my nails were long so I said well you can cut them short. So the girl went to cut one of the nails down and damn near cut my meat on my finger trying to be petty and cut the fake nail super short. So of course I'm hot now but still trying to keep my cool. Then here comes to the older lady with an attitude trying to justify what the girl did to my nail. So I started to show other people my nail to make sure they were seeing what I see. The older lady got mad and said she couldn't help me anymore and that I could go somewhere else. So I was like just take off the nail that's too short and she was attempting to charge me $10 to take off the nail. Yeah right, I wish tf I would. Never again in my lIfe will I go there again!!

My friend and I visited the shop today and both are extremely pleased. The gentlemen that gave our pedicures were amazing and the stylist who did our nails just as awesome. We had our first visit but it definitely will not be our last. Thank you for taking the time to make our afternoon very pleasant.

I've been to this shop twice one for a full set and second for my refill... They are very professional and the customer service is awesome...

My place to go!!. SUPER sweet employees!!

1. Nail polish didnt last a week. 2. When notifying that polish was drying horrible. Tech had an attitude. 3. I use to love the way they waxed my eye brows but they've began cutting corners. Having to use a razor which If I wanted a razor I would've requested that. The wax wasn't warm enough to properly do the job. This is the 3rd time and the last.

They're ghetto but they're good lol I come here when I need something done fast and good.

I went there and got my toes and nails done. As the girl was doing my feet she cut to deep and took some of my skin off my feet and it was bleeding. That was my first and last time going there. Never again. And had the nervous to charge me full price for something they messed up on. Now my toe is really hurting bad and they act like it wasn't nothing at all. They get no stars from me at all.

i love this salon , they move at a fast pace they have reasonable prices and they last long
