Yesterday was first time to this salon and Moon did my nails which I went in to get done for my birthday. I asked for a burgundy Matt color which the end result I was satisfied with. I was only in her chair about 45 minutes which was fine. But upon getting home that evening after work my gel polish was peeling up as seen in the matte wine color picture…the next day after work I went to get them fixed and decided to get plain nude. Moon was amazing and understanding and fixed the issue for me with no charge, as seen in the second picture.

when i walked in i was immediately greeted by a lady named Lynn. she was so nice and was radiating with happiness. i sat down in the chair to do my nails at 11:31. i was completely finished and at the counter by paying by 12:03. everyone was so welcoming. the place is very clean and Mrs. Lynn made sure everyone was taken care of and liked everything they were getting done. will definitely be back!! make sure to ask for Mrs. Lynn, she was THE BEST!!

I wasn't satisfied with my nails. I showed them a design, and they didn't do it the way I asked. I even told them they had glued them on incorrectly, and they continued with their work. They charged me $80 and didn't even give me an invoice to justify the price. A friend recommended this place, but I won't be back.

Ms. Lynn has exceptional service! I got my nails done by both of her daughters and I loved them. I’ve been here about 3-4 times and this will forever be my spot!
