VIP Nails & Spa Kokomo

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I needed a new set put on, so the lady took my old set off. Ripped my real Nail in half. Did not file my real nails at all before slapping on a new set asked me what shape I wanted and I explained I wanted almond. The nails were still too round so I asked if she could make them thinner and she did not do what I asked left nail polish on my hands and was just overall very rude. Any concern I brought up she told me I shouldn’t worry about. i’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years and never had a situation like this at a nail salon.

This manicure is from the spring but I’ve been going here for dip manicures consistently for about two years and I am so happy every time. The service is great and they are so thoughtful, they always offer me a drink if I don’t bring mine and compliment my son for behaving so well while he waits.

I do NOT recommend. My pedicure looks terrible. The polish is actually on my toes. It looks awful.

The picture is almost a week old but still so pretty! It was my first time there and he did an amazing job! Didn’t make my cuticles bleed like most other places have. I will definitely be going back!

The photos are proof. Today, 3/17/23, she was so very rough. Not to mention what the pics reveal. I know my nails are red but you can see in some of the photos that there is also blood in the cracks of my nails. My nails would bleed more if I bumped them on something, like my desk or keyboard. It's the lady who does nails and pedicures. She is so very rough. Sucks for the man and his wife who are very personable . I've NEVER experienced something like this in my years of getting my nails done. It looks as if my 3 year old great nephew had done my nails. Will never go back there. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

Still love the gel mani sets I get from here. Been coming here for over 6 months now and love the techs.

Best place for pedicure! Speak up! They want to give you the best service, just tell them your desires. They have wonderful selection of services and colors! Relaxing environment. Beautiful inside! Very clean. They are my number one nail salon choice in Kokomo!
