This experience was great. It was easy to book an appointment online or through the App. I had my. haircut by Justine and she did an excellent excellent job. The prices are fair and the environment is very customer friendly!

Miranda did an amazing job on my hair, they took their time and made sure I was satisfied with the services provided. If you’re looking for a hassle free, straight to the point haircut Miranda should be your go to.

It was an unfortunate account. I asked for a supervisor from the front staff but that staff chose to feign ignorance about a supervisor. Very unfortunate. I been a customer for several years. I am going to take my business to another shop. Good luck

Miranda is great! I also like that Sports Clips will wash your hair after they cut your hair and the app will show you how long the wait is and if your hairdresser is working.

The team members at the Johnston location are always so friendly and always do a great job. It’s why I’ve been going for almost 20 years.

Cece did an amazing job. She was detailed and made sure I liked what I was getting.

Sierra is a nice and talented barber/stylist. She does a good fade. Remember your free next trim after your haircut.

I think Miranda might be the worst hair cutter in the state. I mean boy did she butcher me up, bald spots in 3 different areas, she cut my bangs about an inch shorter than the top and completely uneven, she cut around my ears about a quarter inch too high, she cut the top way shorter than I asked and she was rough as hell with her clippers and kept stabbing me with the hair guards. She was like going as fast as she could and she knew she was stabbing me but just kept doing it. I’ve gotten a hair cut at this location probably 20-30 times. Some of them have been questionable, but none of them even come close to this one. I’m probably going to have to shave my head and start over because it’s literally that bad I don’t even know what to do. There is no universe in which this girl should be cutting anybody’s hair for a living. First review I’ve ever left in 30 years of life. I’m genuinely horrified

I've been getting my hair cut at this location for 15 years. I can no longer support a business with such poor customer service. I've been trying to log into the app for 2 days to get a hair cut. I finally called in and spoke to Tiffanie. I explained the situation and was told she couldnt put my number in manually I had to drive there to do it. I do not understand how taking 5 seconds to put my number in the computor takes too much of her time but explaining to me why she cant doesnt. I have had numerouse agrevations trying to line up a hair cut over the last year and honestly I love the two ladies that cut my hair but this is just a poor set up and dont have time to spend days trying to get a hair cut.

Best part is Mackenzie in Johnston, Ia, Worst part is your silly online check in sign up service and scheduled times through the app or in store. You never know if your going to wait 10 min or 3 hrs which is a waste of peoples time because it's never accurate. I will come back the day Sport Clips as a whole gets a walk-in service.
