Enjoyed my basic pedicure with Grace. Was $39 and lasted around a half hour. She was very attentive and kind. The place was clean and quite busy. At the end of the pedi you get a quick shoulder massage.

The service of this place is very inconsistent. Today I got gel nails done and the person who did it had no idea what she was doing. She undercut my cuticles to the extent that I started bleeding. Instead of apologizing, she said its ok. The owner also dint care. He was more interested in getting the payment and also wanted me to tip the person. My nail tips are hurting. The gel nail were patchy and she made random bulky patches. She randomly started filing the nails after the gel was cured. She made the nails rough and stratchy.I would not recommend this place unless you know the person working on the nails is good. I would give this place zero stars if there was an option. I have to attend an event this weekend and I have no other option but to tolerate these nails.

Edit to four stars: 2nd time I went there, Kat didn’t do my nails. Really nice woman (Jane?) did very thin layers of gel (scape off marks visible) I had to ask for more coats because it was transparent even after third layer. Additionally she did a horizontal sweep at the end of each nail which made a weird thick ridge at the end of the nails (see pictures.) When I asked for snowflake design, I wish they would’ve brought over someone more skilled in nail design because the snow flakes are both off center (not very good, I had to ask them to make them match) and it’s bugged me ever since (didn’t want to ask her to re-do the nails since the 4 coats of thin gel polish took so long and my sister was already done with her manicure.) Overall, no chips 10 days later and great experience with shoulder massage with high quality salon tools! Kat is 5 stars…ask for her! Original 5 star review: Kat is 5 stars! Spa is clean and well run. Kat did an amazing job with my nails (European manicure with organic gel polish) and took her time with lots of attention to detail. Even offered a shoulder rub while wearing warm lotion gloves. Highly recommend! $40 + tip

I recently started going to Spa Pointe specifically because I was looking for a European-style manicure offered by nail tech Kat. Since my first manicure/pedicure experience with her, I refuse to go anywhere else. Kat is extremely detail-oriented and takes pride in her work. My nails look immaculate after each visit and I get compliments all the time! I’m so happy I found Kat and look forward to my next appointment every time!

I asked for a simple polish change. The polish turned out to be old and came out streaky and chunky. They refused to allow me to change colors, offering at best to put a third coat of a newer polish on top of the original bad paint job. Then charged $25!!! This was a polish change only, no filing or other services. Total rip off. The kicker, the third coat they painted on they ended up smudging when putting my shoe back on. I gave up at that point and left with a bad paint job and $25 less in my pocket. Do not recommend! This place has unfortunately gone down hill and they are rude when you say anything!!

After two days of getting hot gel, the nails did not hold up and quality of the work was very thick and did not look natural

When I signed up for this salon, I was scared of the bad reviews. After visiting, I can say that it is very important to get to a competent master. Kat did my manicure: quickly, cleanly, neatly. Few craftsmen can handle my thin nails and uncomfortable cuticles. Kat did the job in the best possible way! Thank you, I will recommend it. The interior was clean and pleasant

The level of service is extremely inconsistent depending on the employee. Today I went in for a manicure appointment and waited 30 minutes for my manicure to start with no explanation for the delay. The manicure was very rushed and messy and steps were missed. As a Spa Pointe customer of 6 years, I expressed to the manager I was disappointed with my experience. The manager was dismissive and argumentative and made me feel uncomfortable for saying anything. They did not offer to do anything to make it right.

I absolutely love this spa! My nails have become stronger and healthier since I started coming here. They offer an organic gel option, which is a fantastic bonus. The customer service is exceptional, and the space is always clean. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Blanca, she’s amazing

Nice salon to look at . I had pedicure and full set manicure. Pedicure they did great . Manicure not so much , I kept expressing my wishes , almond shape , very thin , not done. The nails were done very thick , and oval shape , some of them look like I have them on for 10 day , like theygrown out , I just had them done 2 days ago . For $95 these nails are mess. Overpriced and poor product. Also in regards to spa pedicures are pushed on you , does not matter what you say they keep pushing until you give up. And for God sake they need a secretary to answer phones , one of the ladies keep interapting work and customers wait until she answer the phone calls, every 5 min This place needs to listen to their customers and pay attention what they say .poor product and over priced .
