It was great! I called scheduled an appointment. Walked and was greeted kindly. Lea did my nails and she was very kind! I asked for Jade inspired nails with a flower and I am in love with the results!! I added my inspiration pictures as well. I went with cat eye polish instead of the marbling.

The personnel at Phoenix Nails are very professional and the shop is extremely clean. Derek does an excellent job on my nails and I’ve always been very pleased with his professionalism. I highly recommend this business.

They were amazing to me and did my nails in an hour and a half they look amazing and for a good price. Best nail place in town!

Derek and Ben were the best! Its worth the apt. I have terrible hands due to work chemicals. My hands look brand new!! Truly! Derek threw out a full set so fast and it looks fantastic! Super impressed and will definitely be back!

The nails are very pretty, but the experience wasn't too stellar. Albeit, I understand the consequences of being the last appointment of the evening, but I always try to be considerate and book an appointment first, just like this time. After being thrilled they could get me in for a full set of French tips at a time that coordinated well for both of us, I was pretty let down to watch the technician, keeping anonymous because they could have just been having a long day (but still), continue to run their way too fast of hands through my wet nails and have to continually fix error after error. Then they actually blamed me for one, and literally waited for a response. And the nails, while they look good, didn't have the forms glued properly and are already lifting at the tips to the point debris can catch in them.

Ben did a great job with my nails! I enjoyed his conversation and the welcoming environment! I will definitely be coming back!

Phoenix Nails did a phenomenal job on my daughter’s set of Billie Eilish-inspired acrylics. Ken did incredible hand-drawn, hand-created art. He took great care in the creation and in her experience. I am highly impressed!!

Absolutely LOVE the nails and LOVE the service. My nail artist was Ben and we can’t quite remember the other man’s name but both of them are so sweet and deserved our tip. Pricing is worth it and great! Thank you guys so much!
