Nail Tech

Came in with my daughter to get Halloween Designs and we LOVE Them! Everyone was so nice and they have so many cool options! We will definitely be back!

I'm giving a 3 because the staff are very friendly, but never have I had polish rib off in 1 day! They pushed and pushed for me to get gel (which I would have, but it was a good bit extra.) So I just stuck with regular polish. I don't know if the polish was old or what, but by that evening, it was chipped, the next day they looked awful! I live in a city and this place is more expensive than the places here. My fiance was forgotten about in the chair, then they just rushed through the end of hers. (She doesn't get polish, so she paid extra to be able to get a good massage. That did not happen) Idk..... I just won't be going back here. Had I not been on a time crunch and a car full of people I would have went back and asked for them to be fixed. I spent over $100 and my toenail polish has to already be replaced. Not happy at all, because I'd go Everytime I'm in town, but with the actual service and prices I'll find another salon! I would add a picture, but it won't allow me to.

Heather is an artist. Her attention to detail is on point. Highly recommend!

I'm not usually the type to leave and review of any kind, good or bad. However im very unhappy with what happened. I went to get a pedicure and my toes came out ok. They arnt terrible. However I asked for the calluses to be removed as well and the guy went at my foot like he was sanding a piece of wood. When I told him that he cut me and I was bleeding he didn't apologize or offer to compensate. He took a chunk out of my foot. I'm not usually the type to speak up if im not happy with my service I just dont go back. But this really hurt so I asked if I would get a discount off my total. They offered me a five dollar discount. I wish I would have argued more because I'm not satisfied. I feel it should have been free or at least half price for the pain that he put me in. It still stings hours later.

Don’t bother to make an appointment because they don’t honor them. Have been waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time and still not receiving service. I witnessed this the last time I was here as well and watched several people walk out. I will be next if they can’t respect my time!

I'm not from the area. I popped in to kill time and get a polish change. Somehow I was talked out of gel polish and into dip which then consisted of adding tips. Oh well, I went with it. Service was ok. I was the only one there at the end of their day. The "manicure" only consisted of the tips and polish which I felt came out a little lumpy and uneven and I practically had to BEG for rounded shape. Can't say I'm entirely unhappy. I like the color and shape of my nails and service didn't take forever, however I wish they had honored my request of gel polish on my natural nail. Sounds like they should listen to their customers a little more.

Prices are reasonable, techs aren't very talkative but when they do speak they are friendly and are very knowledgeable of current nail trends. The front desk gentleman likes to talk lol. My nails have always looked great but sometimes they are not super detailed in cleaning the skin on the sides of my nails, both with color and dried skin. Wide array of colors, styles, etc to choose from.

If i could give negative reviews i would. The first picture is what i ask for. The second and third picture were what i got. Absolutely disappointed. Afterwards she got confused on prices and basically kept changing it. At first i was attracted to this place because of their fair prices and availability. No wonder they are never busy. 100/10 would not recommend

I went back to this place to give them another chance to see if they could improve from my last visit. Not only did I not get the color that asked for, but they reuse nail files and and didn’t disinfect the finger nail clippers. I also waited 20 minutes just to pay!
