Amazing customer service, low key and relaxing environment. I drive from Menominee, because I know no matter whom I have as a tech they are all consistent with the service they provide. Kim was impressive this week. Thank you for a wonderful experience and fun holiday art!

I’m not sure the man’s name that did my Nails, all I know is he is Tina’s husband and he did a wonderful job!! They always get me in last minute, and do a great job I won’t go anywhere else.

I never write reviews but this place deserves one.... Amazing!! My first time here yesterday, and I have to say this is the best nail salon I have been to. Service is amazing, humor kept it entertaining as I was there. And, I don't know the gentleman's name, but he did an amazing job at taking care of me! He made sure I was OK... for example he thought he hurt my finger and asked if I was okay(never had a nail tech make sure I wasn't hurt), he asked my opinion on the design BEFORE he continued with the rest of the nails.. I came in with a picture of an idea and he did AMAZING at matching the idea. I will DEFINITELY be coming back! He said his wife is amazing at detail, so I'm exciting for the future when she gets back from vacation so I can have her do my nails if that's possible the next time I go :)

I love how they did my nails yesterday. They are beautiful, Julia did a fantastic job. She treats everyone like family. I highly recommend her and she always makes her customer happy. Thank you and her coworkers are amazing.

Scheduling online was easy and helped plan our visit. We well taken care of. Gentle pedicures and great acrylics. I asked for short and thin nails and that's exactly what I got! They have a million colors to choose from, too! We'll be back for sure!

Updated. My sister didn't like her set, but they were so nice and were able to fix it. Shout out to Kim for doing a great job. (I don't have a pic of her nails, but here are mine.)

I came in to get a full set of acrylics done while I was home visiting my family the last week of June. Quite literally a full set, almond shaped, medium length with some chrome designs. It is now 3 1/2 weeks later and I still have a full set of acrylics on. I have no idea how they managed to get these nails to last SO well (mind you I’m working 60 hr work weeks in the Florida heat) but I’m incredibly impressed. Not only that, but the staff was all so friendly and they really look out for the best interest of you. I will be coming back next time I’m in town, and I will be suggesting this business to all my friends and family around West Bend. Fantastic job Tipsy Nails and Spa!

A gift certificate expired 1 month ago, 13 months after purchase was not honored. Paid 50$ in cash for this gift card. They would not honor it. Me and several have came here dozens of times in the past and forgot it but today they would not honor it. They were adamant this is their policy but their policy is not in accordance with state and federal law regarding gift cards. From the FDIC website: "Under the law, a gift card/ certificate cannot expire until at least five years from the date it was activated. " Also when they did my eyebrows they double dipped the wood stick. Gross! I broke out from where they waxed and I never do. That's also illegal because it transfers bacteria from all the people they double dipped. Super cheap and easy to use new sticks. 🤦‍♀️

I got my acrylic soaked off by a nail tech because she won’t work on someone else’s work. She told me don’t go back to the salon you went to that they use MMA . As you can see the acrylic turned to goo instead of flaking off like they are supposed to. MMA is illegal and very damaging to your nails. Please don’t go to this salon.

This is my new nail spot. It is amazing! Got a pedicure can't remember the name of the woman who did it but she was very caring making sure to ask if I need anything or how I want things done. Best pedicure I have had in a while!

I’ve been going to Tina for years. I like a pretty basic dip manicure. I recently thought I could save some money and do my own nails at home. That was a disaster. Tina makes it look easy. She has a great skill for doing nails! I’m back.
