VA Nails

I'm highly disappointed with the what I paid for went in to get a full set last weekend and after only a week my nails are falling off one by one...I have come to this shop quite a few times because I actually like the nail tech, she's actually pretty nice...but I just keep coming back thinking that maybe something would change or the service I pay for will get better. But that's not the case for the amount that I pay my nails should not just keep falling off after a week that is completely unacceptable!! I can not continue going there to keep getting disappointed with the job that is being done

Pedicure was AWESOME! She took her time with my pedicure….again….AWESOME! Now when she did my gel manicure, it was horrible, not really experienced enough. So then, I believe the female owner took over and she was rude and not observant of her work: bubbles in the polish, gel wasn’t completely dry, UV machine messing up the polish, attitude was horrible. I would not recommend this place at all. Worse nail experience of my time. If I could, I would give them NEGATIVE stars.

I always get my nails and toes done here!! They are awesome.. Kee did dip on my natural nails (first time on my natural nails) super efficient took her time on my cuticles and pushed them back. Normally no one ever does that. She was personable and very friendly. Overall great experience like always!! My full set is always done by Jordan check out his ig @thebombnails.. only does appointments But the shop does walk-ins!! You will not be disappointed with their work!

Came in here last week to ask for a fill in. When I walked in the door the people working were very rude. The woman looks at me and says "oh you need an appointment" there only 1 lady in there, I got there 2hrs before closing, the other guy cut me this look as if the woman was lying. I use to be a LOYAL customer years ago before I explored other salons, I'm glad I explored in the end.

Just left there and I am not satisfied my nails are not shape squared really big tips on my nails ,my eyebrows are not arched how its suppose to she just cleaned it up! The nail tech was nice just won't be returning!Feel like I was over priced when a regular full set cost 20 dollars not 23!

Visitor from out of state. Figured out why they were empty. Gel polish on toes lifting off not even 2 weeks later. Gel nails look big, thick and very unnatural. The people running the place are very, very nice though.

BOTH times I visited this place, I had to wait on Mimi. She does good work but is not punctual and unprofessional, it’s a big NO for me. I paid a deposit to be seen at 10am, she didn’t not arrive until 20 min late. The salon is not clean which is another reason I will not be returning. They do not wash hands or ask clients to, nor do they wipe down between clients.

Seems as if many ppl may have run out on services, nail tech kept asking how I intended to pay throughout service, will not be returning

TrAin has gotta lazy and attitude I have gotten my nails done for them for over 10 years and anytime I show a design she’s unable to do it but yet she was displays of designs. Unclean and will overwax

I have been going to this salon for a couple months now and have never had a bad experience or been disappointed. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, very enjoyable, and the prices are very reasonable.

Very friendly. Great Service. Just don't like that they charge separately for everything, even cutting Nails and removing your polish.

I love the way she shaped my nails and buffed them until 4 days later all my nails on my right hand started popping off not happy at all my nails should not be xoming iff after 4 days and i paid full price for them

Was not happy my at all. She told me how bad the last place was because the gel nail peeled off. Well theirs peeled off in 2 days.

Very outdated colors with very few choices, polish results are ok however the detail as far as cleaning, cutting off nails could actually be a little better.
