I was impressed with the salon overall. It was very nice inside and they offer refrigerated drinks when you come in! They were very quick and the nails were well done.

Lovely experience at this nail salon, my mom and I went in to get nails done for a wedding. Service was great from front desk to nail technicians. They were kind and helpful. I usually feel quite overwhelmed and shy at nail salons, I teach martial arts so I’m always a bit self conscious about the state of my hands ans feet. But they were wonderful, especially the technician that did my mom’s nails, Jenny. Prices are consistent with the quality and they do tips through cash and Venmo for each technician which I enjoy. Thank you, I will be back again. ❤️

I was so thankful to have found this nail salon. I went in after moving and in need of a solid fill & pedicure before work Monday. Not only did they deliver…they did both at the same time. Nailed (pardon the pun) the shape I wanted and fun color/chrome…I was in and out in 40 minutes, looking great. Sina and Thiensy were so fun to talk to. This is my new spot.

I’ve had dip powder done many many times at other nail salons and it easily lasts 2-3 weeks on my nails. I couldn’t believe when I had my nails/dip powder chip only 1 hour after getting them done here. I was in town for a wedding and live out of state so I won’t be able to return to get them fixed bc we flew out the next morning after the wedding. But how disappointing! Not a cheap service and chipping the first few hours after on 4 nails.

I have had many great experiences at M Vince but today was not one of them. The gentleman who gave me my pedicure was a lovely person but he was not a great nail tech. What was supposed to be 40-45min pedicure was over an hour and a half. He consistently made mistakes and missed steps. He took a large divot out of the bottom of my foot and there was nearly as much polish on the skin of my toes as there was on my nail. I left with remnants of the clay mask all over my legs. Again, he was a very nice person just didn't provide the best quality treatment for the price. I did mention this to the woman at the front desk and she pretty much blew me off. It would have been a nice gesture to give a discount or even a discount toward a future service, an I'm sorry at the very least would have been nice. I will say, my daughter had an fantastic manicure that was of the highest quality. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was a really terrible experience.

EDIT: I’ve changed my review from a 2/5 to an 4/5 after speaking with the manager. I completely understand having one negative experience, but how it’s handled afterwards is even more important. She was quick to get back to me and we sorted everything out, which was amazing. While it’s always a bummer to not get a great manicure, they fixed everything which was great. I can’t wait to try them out again next time I’m in town <3 I went to M Vince Nail Spa today and had both the MV Manicure with gel nails, as well as the Royal Hot Stone Spa Pedicure. I give this place a 2/5 star because I’m semi- averaging my review. Nhi Duong did my pedicure and she did a fantastic job. She was so sweet and my toes turned out so cute. I couldn’t have been happier with her and would absolutely give her 5/5 stars! The girl who did my nails, while very sweet, did not do the greatest job on my nails. They’re extremely bumpy, she didn’t ask what shape I wanted, and she seemed extremely rushed to get to her next appointment. They’re all completely different sizes and I will personally have to shape them. Also, I can still see the green gel that was supposed to be removed prior to adding the purple. While I understand having time constraints and having multiple appointments, I wasn’t a walk-in. I, too, had an appointment and even forwent adding on a French tip since she mentioned she was wasn’t sure if she had the time. Plus, the manicure was supposed to have an extended lotion massage, etc. and it honestly felt like a regular manicure and not the MV manicure. My nails are super rough and sharp, and to be honest, I’d never go to her again. I’m sure she’d do a much better job if she didn’t have another appointment right after, but unfortunately, it just felt so rushed. Overall, the spa was 4/5 (the ambiance was great), my pedicure was 5/5, and my manicure was 2/5 (which had now been sorted so 5/5!).

So upset 😭 got my nails done for before my wedding and they have bubbled/peeled up after only 3 days. I knew they were going to turn out bad when the girl doing them seemed put off right from the start. I came in about 6, right after work and asked if they could give me a new full set. I showehened her a picture and told her that the only change I wanted was a different color on my ring fingers than what the pic showed. She told me “no problem!” She seemed to start going faster when she saw her colleagues starting to go home around 6:30. I usually am asked to rinse my hands after the buff, but she just kept going without the rinse. When it came to color she almost forgot the orange, so i reminded her…only to have her start putting a nude color on. At that point I just went with it. Then when she started to do the dry, she didn’t let them go the full time. She kept pulling it out as she was rushing through applying polish. I am definitely not pleased that this is how my nails will have to look for my wedding since I don’t have the time to get them fixed beforehand.

I’ve come here off and on for the past couple years. Usually, it’s a fine experience, but my manicure yesterday will be my last. I needed a gel removal before my manicure, which my technician kept insisting was powder (it was not). She ground my nails down so fine, it was painful and sensitive, and they are so thin, they bend. I think she has done real damage to my nail bed. Then she cut me when working on my cuticles. It was extremely painful, and so deep that I bled and literally jerked my hand away. I’ve never been impressed with the cleanliness of this place, and I am very nervous about this cut getting infected, so I am babying it. The manicure itself is not great and is already chipping and bubbling less than 24 hrs later. You can see attached pictures. They’re just too rough and careless here. I’d rather pay more and not feel like my hands have been brutalized. Update: my thumbnail isn’t just chipping, my entire nail bed is splitting in half. This is horrible. Not only painful, but I can’t even fix this. I’m mad I even compassionately tipped this person. Knocking this down to a single star. Don’t go here!

From the beginning, I was rushed to the pedicure chair before I even had a chance to look at the gel color options. I asked to see the color rings, and the tech brought over just one ring with four small plastic cards — all with flat, no-shimmer colors. When I asked to see other colors (especially with shimmer), she said that’s all they have. I said if I do a flat color I want a simple flower design and she said she doesn’t do nail art. I asked if someone else could do it, and she said no — that everyone was busy and no one could help. I would not choose a color because I wanted to see the glitter/shimmer options. She finally brought a book with the heaviest glitter options you could have. I repeatedly asked to go up front and see the full color selection but, she wouldn’t allow me to. As if I were some 5 year child!! I felt pressured to pick a random color I didn’t even like just to get the appt. over with. This was not the experience I paid for, and for that she was not tipped. She was rushed, dismissive, and unbelievably unprofessional I absolutely should not have been charged for it at all. I’M NEVER GOING BACK!!

Staff are friendly and salon is clean but the experience is 1 star. The nails for my Gel X manicure were glued on crooked, and they began peeling off after 5 days (never had a gel x last for less than 2 weeks). I called and was told they’d put a credit on my account for a full new set, when I can back to get them fixed and checked out they said it was only a $20 credit. Second manicure was uneven as well and spots on the nails were missed with polish entirely.
