I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!! Very professional staff who really takes their time to ensure satisfaction and high quality. They were very patient and knowledgeable. This was my first time visiting. And after having a few not-so-great experiences at other salons, I believe I’ve found my new nail care home. I highly recommend!!

I took my daughter here for her birthday and Chloe was amazing! She did a great job. We love the time she took to make her nails beautiful. 5 stars!

Fabulous place... Love coming to this place. Chloe is my nail go to girl. Always a pleasant time with her and she does an amazing job. She works well with me in getting what I want. Gracie is amazing and does an outstanding job with my lashes. She knows I love my natural look and always meets my expectations while also making me feel beautiful. Highly recommend to stop by. Everyone else is also amazing.

Love it here! It's my go-to place to get my nails done. They do a fantastic job, and I always enjoy talking to everyone. And they're accommodating even though I have a disability.

I ask if they do walk in. The Lady said yes we do walk in, which is a plus. Next time I can make a appointment. I love the way the guy took care of my feet. I think the service was great. The ratings on here are discouraging I had to see for myself. Overall for me I was a satisfied customer and will be back again!

New to the area and needed a new pampering place to call home for my mani and pedi needs and John gave me nothing short of an amazing experience with immaculate nails to match. I chose a color and he assured me all he needed was a photo and he would master it. I even had a nice surprise once I turned the lights out to go to sleep the same night. I’ll definitely be back ❤️

I mean the photos speak for themselves. The poly gel manicures are so natural and give your hands such a clean look, you can’t stop staring at them. The engagement ring does a number too. Thank you, Lucy!!!!! You the best!

I’m disappointed with how I was treated yesterday at this salon! My daughter made an appointment for me under her name! because her nail person is out at the moment and She is a regular there! I arrived 30 minute early for my appointment! When the guy name Paul came over , he already had an attitude I notice! Not pleasant or polite! He didn’t even speak at all! Started off rude ! I said something to him , he totally ignored me! The lady next to me said he’s not listening today! I had to say Sir did you hear , that I wanted my toenails shorter! I mention the water was turning cold, again he takes a second to warm it up for me! When I check to see how smooth he had my feet, he look at me so angry! Like I didn’t have a right to do that! He never changed my water, he rinse everything he used in the water my feet was in and rinse off the legs as well! I didn’t feel that was right but I didn’t say anything but my face did!! As I proceeded to get my nails done. I told him I hit my finger and broken my nail mid way the nail and it hurt and was sore! He act if he didn’t care much and as he continue he hurt my finger so bad ,I yelled a lil , that hurt me! I had to remind him again, that’s the finger that hurts! He never said sorry or apologized! He continued like if nothing happen ! I was so displeased and disappointed in this guy Paul attitude like I did something to him , to deserve that kind of treatment! I’m paying for your service ! As he was finishing up, he said low-key and trying to understand him clearly, he said, that next time you daughter book an appointment, book it with someone else that works in here! I said what? I’m not understanding you! what you’re saying! I kept asking him! Paul doesn’t speak English very clearly and trying to say it quietly but I wanted to be sure what he was telling me! I’m thinking you were rude , disrespectful , unprofessional and unapologetic for hurting my finger too! And you say that to me! Unacceptable! You can’t treat people that way because you may feel they don’t count, you will make money anyway, so it doesn’t matter! And no one do anything about it , just let it go! Nooo ,it matter! Life got a way to show you that too!!Paul, I didn’t deserve that kind of treatment! But definitely would choose someone professional, polite , apologetic and know how to be kind to their client ! I will certainly honor your request! Not to choose someone like you! If I ever come there again!
