Ava Brown is one of the best hairstylists in all of cbus. Not only is she so talented with highlighting/coloring/haircuts but she also balances skill with ensuring your hair health. She made sure the tone fit my skin tone and features so well. I have never left a hair appointment feeling more confident and happy with my look. Would recommend Ava to anyone!!!

The good - Salon is cute, love all of the recent renovations (although it’s very dirty during the transition time). Good energy and fun conversation within the whole group of artists working there. Kid friendly! Natalie asks a lot of questions color-wise that really help her get down to the nitty gritty about what exactly your preferences/goals are. The bad - I have had specifically NBR extensions for the last five years, wearing Isla brand hair as well as Covet and Maine hair. I recently moved back to Ohio and came to Natalie via instagram. She installed two rows of new 18” hair for me to get me ready to attend a wedding out of state two weeks after my appointment, using the new invisible bead method at her suggestion. The first thing I noticed was a drastic difference in the quality of the hair she installed. After my first wash, the hair started shedding out from the extensions in massive clumps. As a seasoned NBR user, I am quite trained in the gentle care process (detangler, wet brush, hair oils, etc) to prolong and protect the hair. After only two weeks of this install as I headed out of town for the event, multiple beads suddenly slipped and two different flaps formed after the hair fell completely out. I had to scramble (out of state) to find someone to emergency move up the extensions. I had the pieces re-attached but unfortunately the following day there was more major slipping and an additional flap appeared on the other side, so at that point I had to return for a full re-install of both rows. Historically I went 10+ weeks with very even grow out, so I was shocked to have such major issues for the first time before an event and after such a short amount of time. I communicated with Natalie throughout the entire process of this catastrophe. I then went back to her for my first scheduled move up when I returned to Ohio. There was almost no mention or even acknowledgement of what occurred so soon after the new install, other than “it happens”. She did attach this hair via the original NBR method this time, per my request. The day after this move up, again more hair falling out in massive clumps (significantly more than regular shedding) and the hair completely slipped out of the anchor bead almost immediately (bottom row, right side) prior to washing or even brushing the hair. As someone with extensive experience wearing quality NBR extensions, I do not believe the actual hair quality and Natalie’s method/process is equal to the astronomical price at this location, with this stylist. For this reason as well as my experience with the very clear lack of genuine care or concern for her clients, I do not recommend Natalie and her salon. This post has been edited on June 30th 2023 to include additional photos taken by another professional at my first four week move up following Natalie’s appointment. These photos show where (the white ends) a significant of my hair was ripped out at the root, as well as the distinctive bald spot remaining where the hair was ripped out. This horrendous hair removal was caused by an inadequate number of beads being used (flawed technique), putting extremely too much angled tension on that one anchor bead. The photos also show the huge chunk of glue (???) that is on the end of the extension hair, that caused the hair not to lay flat at all and poked out and irritated my scalp. This amount of damage to my hair and poor quality of extension hair is a further explanation detailing why I highly do NOT recommend Natalie.

Natalie does an awesome job on my hair everytime.(I am very picky and it took me years to find the right hair girl for me! I've been seeing her for the past 2 years and I will be sticking with her for as long as I live!) Shes such a good listener and makes you feel comfortable. The salon at Bronde has a nice boho/vintage vibe. It's very clean and the other staff are always friendly too.

Natalie has been coloring my hair and installing my extensions for over 2-years. I came to her through Instagram when I inquired about retiring my tape-in extensions and taking the leap into hand-tied. This was the best decision I ever made for my hair! Natalie was extremely helpful through the transition and care for my extensions. She is very responsive to messages, questions or suggestions and is quick to rectify any concern or scheduling need. Natalie spends considerable time perfecting your color and installing your extensions just right. She truly cares about her work and her clients and never lets you leave feeling less than satisfied about your service. Highly, highly recommend her and her entire salon of talented stylists!

Always a great experience with Natalie (salon owner) - super friendly, knowledgeable, caring, will go out of her way to ensure you have a good experience. She’s been my stylist for ~ 5 yr!

Starting off with my stylist Ava, I would just like to say that I've never felt so beautiful after leaving her chair!! I've now had my hair done by her a quite a few times and each time it turns out beautifully and it feels like I'm chatting with someone I've known for years which is so nice when transitioning to a new stylist! I've been to places that have left my blonde feeling dry and brittle but when I walk out of bronde culture it feels even silkier than when I came🤍 As an extra bonus the salon as a whole is just a cutesy and fun vibe. All of the girls seem so sweet and everyone's chatting and it seems like everyone truly wants to be there with their clients and each other which creates a really nice atmosphere. This is definitely my new hair home and I'm so happy I was recommended here!!

Natalie is the only one I trust with my hair. I drive an hour to get her special skills! She has great conversation and is willing to accommodate anything you can throw at her! Highly recommend her for color and/or extensions.

I have been going to Natalie for over 7 years. She not only is a master colorist, but she is a damn good person and friend. She always gives me exactly what i want, and i couldn’t be happier with my most recent color.

I have been going to Natalie for years now. I have followed to every salon which now includes her very own. The Salon has an awesome vibe and energy from the decor down the other stylist. Everyone is down to earth and easy to talk to or interact with. Natalie was my first experience with hand tied extensions. She matched my hair perfectly and I was able to wear my extensions for over an entire year (brunette ladies sorry) with no bald spots or any other issues from the extended use of the extensions. Any problems I had (only once) was immediately addressed at no charge to me! Natalie is the only stylist I’ve ever had that brought toning and paid extra detail to toning process to achieve my ashiest goals!!! I’ve received sooooo many compliments on my hair after becoming a client. She is realistic, honest and down to earth about hair goals and what can be achieved. I highly recommend Natalie or anyone at the salon for that matter!

I highly recommend this salon! Natalie goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. She pays close attention to detail and is amazingly talented. She takes special consideration to make sure you are in love with your hair, looks at the pictures you provide, listens intently to what you want and makes you feel beautiful leaving the salon. My color is always on point and my extensions are top notch. I always look forward going to the salon and seeing her. Clean, organized and beautifully decorated. Again, I highly recommend!
