My eyebrow threading appointment costed $10 then the next was $11 then my last payment was at $12 under no explanation. Weird. Never again.

I would like to bring attention to an unfortunate experience I had at this establishment on September 22nd at approximately 5 PM. A staff member (who refused to relinquish her name) exhibited behavior that I found to be rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, she was assisting another customer, and I informed her that I would wait in my car until she was finished. After she completed her service, I entered the establishment, but she chose to assist a customer who had just arrived instead of me. When I mentioned that I was next in line, she responded that it was too late for me. This interaction left me feeling disrespected, and I couldn't shake the impression that it may have been influenced by racial bias, given that I am African American and the customer was a White woman. I believe it is essential for businesses to ensure fair and equitable treatment for all customers, and I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for future improvements. I have trust issues with people who work on my brows. I always went to this one lady all the way by Rockefeller center, because it was near my old job. I work downtown now and always went back uptown (even though I live nowhere near there), just to get my brows threaded. Recently, I found out that my usual eyebrow person was on a three month vacation, and I desperately needed my brows done before a vacation. So I did some Yelp research and people were raving about NY Brows and Sarah. Plus it was only $7 for threading?! I decided to head there one day during lunch and give her a chance. I’m glad I did because she reshaped my brows without compromising the thickness. I went again about a month later, and she did a wonderful job again. I’m so happy that I found a new brow place nearby. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes though because Sarah is very popular! Tip - they have a loyalty card - go 9 times and get the 10th free!

This is the last time I come here to do my eyebrows. I ask for an arch and it is always done wrong, either my eyebrows are left looking like caterpillars because they have done nothing or two string lines in which they try to convince me they are arches. This place is garbage and do not go to have any service done. That is why its more empty than full because their service has gone downhill 100 percent. I will look elsewhere to have my eyebrows done. They no longer provide quality. I will have to let my eyebrows grow back again to fix the garbage service they have provided. NEVER AGAIN.

I have gone here many times but most recently left with burns under my eye brow that are really painful. For that reason, I won’t be coming back and caution anyone who plans to go to be careful. I have been putting cream on the burn for 3 days and it’s still very painful.

Horrible! Completely uneven and ruined the shape of my brows

I came here for an eyebrow threading and sideburn wax. It was done by Simpy, and her customer service was extremely poor. She was very rude and unmannerable so I will not be coming back to this place. Also, I asked specifically for a sideburn wax and after the wax she started to thread my sideburns without asking for my permission. The pain was almost unbearable and she was very rough with both services. When I paid and tipped her, she did not even thank me for my service or my tip. She just stared at me as if she wanted to say “get out”. I almost wanted to ask for my tip back but decided to be the bigger person and let it go. She is the reason I will go down the street and use another, better waxing service.

Sarah is a great professional, she takes care of every detail when removing my facial hair. Very Frindly and polite !

Horrible, avoid the lady in the 2nd chair towards the cash register

Sarah is a phenomenal eyebrow fanatic. She does an awesome job. I won't get my brows done if she's not in there.

Nice staff but I did not like the shape of my eyebrows after she threaded them and I also asked for eyebrow tinting.. It was not flattering, there was no shape to it.

They did a great job on my eyebrows! The staff was wonderful. The prices were reasonable too.
