It was almost the worst salon experience of my life. The stylist charged me $391.00 ($50 in product) for me to walk out with a hair color that I HATE. I asked her for BLONDE & RED highlights. Alot of blonde. I even showed her in her little sample book the color I wanted. She said no problem. The color i ended up with was not even close. Its more of a darkish honey color, which I loathe, and there is much less than I asked for as far as the amount of blond. She knew what I wanted. She knew that I was getting passport photos this week. This photo is a 10 year Pic. She said at the end, when I told her I wasnt happy and it was not the right color, she said that was because she was afraid of burning my hair since she had to strip out another color. She knew that she was going to strip my hair prior to agreeing that she could give ne the color I wanted. Then, she didnt. She said I could just come back in 6-8 weeks and then I could get the right color, for only another $120 or so. I paid $340. I feel like I got ripped off. It didnt help that some of her children were in/out of the salon several times and one child was there almost the entire day. I felt the whole thing was completely unprofessional and I ended up very disgusted by my hair and the money I wasted. I left a message (on 09/16) at the Heights salon asking them to have a district. Manager or someone call me to discuss the situation. They said they would pass it along. Well, its now been two days and ive heard nothing. This is all very disappointing. This stylist took my money, but, didnt do the job agreed upon prior to starting. Its not right.
Jazz did a great job and I’m very pleased with my hair cut. She is very friendly and kind; definitely will come see her again!
Whitney is amazing! and I have gone to her and trusted her with my hair for years! Great company, great hair services and quality and great prices!
The people working were talking with foul language with another lady getting a cut while my 16 year old son was getting a haircut. She butchered his hair and cut it way too short in the front. And I even asked to talk to the manager who just so happened to be the one cutting the other ladies hair. Very inappropriate conversations in front of my son. Won't be back. Didn't even get an apology
The stylist was friendly and did a good job of trimming 3" off my hair and making sure she didn't miss anything. The shampoo station was horrible because the chairs at the sinks don't recliner. They’re regular chairs pushed up against the sink and you have to slide down so you neck is on the sink, your hips are at the edge of the chair and they give you a footstool for your feet. Absolutely no back support. My back is so screwed up medically, the entire shampoo process was excruciatingly painful, which then made sitting for the cut even more painful than usual. And then I was charged $35. I won't be back until they get proper chairs at the shampoo station.
The woman who cut my hair always very very personable and excellent at her job !! Absolutely love the cut and the new product that I am trying.
Jess is very friendly and did a wonderful job on my hair. Highly recommended.

Jessica Garza is amazing! Highly recommend! She even had a warm blanket for me, being that it was so cold outside.
