Worse customer service ever, they never say sorry after call back for complain they said it ok if you don’t come back and yes this cost $60 At first I ask them to do a design on my nail at the front counter they said yes we can do it and then when I show some pictures to the lady she said she can not do any of them , then she pushing and rushing me to pick nails color in stead of doing design she was rude at all time with the tone she was taking to me I was so angry. The WORSE experience ever never going back and they said they ok with that.

Sloppy Work – Very Disappointed This was one of the worst pedicures I’ve had. The polish was left on my skin, the job was rushed, and overall it looked really sloppy. I expected at least some basic attention to detail, but this felt careless. Just look at the photos and judge for yourself. Definitely not worth the money—I won’t be back.

My family and I have a family vacation every year in Cape May. My aunt wanted to do something special for my sister and I so we decided to get our nails done together. My sister and I got a regular paint job and my aunt did gel. I went to #8, it was a lady, no clue what her name was. She seemed like she was rushing mind you, there were 5 techs and maybe one other person besides the 3 of us. She wanted me to chose a color asap didn't really give me time to look through and see all of the options so I chose the pink one since it was my first time doing something like this. I didn't want to stare at her while she painted my nails so looked around. My aunt and sister seemed to be having a good time with their techs so that made me happy. However, when we got to the drying stage, I noticed that my left pointer and thumb were starting to bubble up and peel. She only ever came over to adjust my hands under the dryers but never said anything until she came up, touched my nail and said "you're done." I was the last to get seated with the tech but the first to get up from the tech. My sister had a guy and he had snipped her finger with the cuticle scissors by mistake and they started turning pink after a day (she got purple). My aunt said that her tech didn't let her choose the sparkle she liked, the tech picked it for her. As a first experience getting my nails done, I will not be getting them done again. Definitely not here, anyhow. They call themselves professionals but I could've done better at home, for less. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.

I have been going there for a while but the last two times experiences have been terrible. They did powder gel the other day and it chipped off the first day so i thought the powder is not very durable and this time I asked for hard gel. They charged me 10$ extra and this is the results on the 2nd day. I wont be going there again. They need to improve quality for the prices they have Oh and I asked for a coffin shape which he clearly had no idea what it was and ended up doing this for me.

My sister and I made an appointment not knowing anything about the salon. We were so happy with our choice! We both got the spa pedicure package, and our feet never looked any better! Everybody was very kind and we will definitely go back when we’re in the area.Thank you to the sisters who did such a beautiful job from the sisters who left very happy!

I’m not sure of the lady’s name that did my nails, but this unfortunately was one of the most anxiety filling nail appointments I’ve ever had. I’ve never written a review, but I’m so upset. The end result was after changing everything 3-4 times because she either 1) didn’t get it or 2) doesn’t know how. I ended up asking for a basic French tip and they didn’t turn out good. They are chunky, uneven, and uncomfortable. When applying my acrylics, she glued my skin to the nail and when I asked if she could fix it, she didn’t. All of it was a mess. Spent $62 and I won’t be returning.

A perfect pedicure by Leo. He's the best. Great hands and applied nail polish perfectly. 100% satisfaction.

Would not recommend. I asked for gel polish to be removed and nails to be polished with regular polish. The woman filed the gel down with a drill and polished over it. Polish looks absolutely terrible! It's been 3 hours and polish is already separating from the gel I asked to have removed.

I have the best experience I met this amazing woman named Tina that did an excellent job on my nails 10/10
