I have natural nails and get a regular gel polish mani by Sam. I have no gel overlay on said natural nail. Sam takes her time in soaking off my gel polish, giving a light file and cleaning (no drill!! 😍)and my nails look SO good when they're done. She's super friendly and is great at color recommendations. Every mani comes out SO CLEAN!! I'm I'm so glad I tried this place as a recommendatiom from a coworker of mine. *Update march 2025* still going and nails look great! Neon yellow for the win today.

Made appt for 2 people (spa pedicures and manicure). Arrived early and they brought us back 10 minutes early. We were seated not at all near each other. I did not request to be seated next to my daughter when making the reservation as we have always been seated together in the past so I didn't think to request it. I was seated with the freezing cold air blowing on me.Had to put the foot towel on my neck! My daughter's pedicure started immediately. I sat there for over 20 minutes (12 minutes PAST my appointment time!). Not one person spoke with me or addressed the situation. Then, my pedicure finally started. I was given a Classic pedicure - NOT the spa pedicure. When I said something she just said "no spa" (probably to make up time!). My daughter DID get the Spa pedicure. (The actual pedicures and manicures were fine.) During my appointment three people (technician, massage guy, receptionist at checkout) all asked "How are you?" I responded to all 3 "not happy"....no response from any of them!!! Finally when I asked for the owner did the receptionist FINALLY ask what went wrong. The owner was not in. I said she could contact me - will see if that happens!! I have been coming here for many years, winter and summer. I am SO absolutely disappointed with today's visit that I have no desire to ever return. There are WAY too many salons in the area. I go to nail salon to relax and have time with my daughter. This trip- I left aggravated instead. Elle

I love my girl at Beon! She does a great job and I never have to wait. I get UV nails because they work best for me but they have anything you need. I do recommend making an appointment but the online appointment scheduling is very easy to use.

This place is consistently great. Always a great mani or pedi! It's a little out of my way but when I get a chance I drive here as a treat to myself lol.

I don't understand all the positive reviews. My experience is among worst I've had at a nail salon. I gave it a star because the manicurist was proficient. There was nothing relaxing or personal about the experience; it felt like s nail factory. The cleanliness at the manicurist's work station, and the salon is general, isn't close to the salon I went to in NYC. He seemed to have no knowledge of polish colors and didn't offer to carry my bag to the dryers so two nails smudged immediately. On top of all this, the price was considerably higher--$28..50 + tip -- 10 higher than what my upscale salon in NYC charges. The salon is owned by a salon across the street, and the technicians walk back and forth. Don't bother going to either place. .

I LOVE MY NAIL TECH!! She is so amazing and kind and takes the time to listen to my concerns and my ideas! Shes so great! I love this salon because everyone is nice and they are fast and have what I believe to be a streamlined process that doesn’t rush me. Thank you xoxoxoxo!!!

Elle did such an amazing job on an ombré style manicure. She took her time and really made my vision come to life! I can’t believe how meticulous she was and took her time to match my vision.

Jessie was so nice and provided me with a very relaxing pedicure, taking care to make sure I was okay with everything she did (how my toenails were cut, the polish color, etc.) I can’t wait to go back!
