My daughter and I randomly walked into Natural Nails for a spontaneous pedicure, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They gave us an amazing pedicure—truly one of the best we’ve ever had—and went above and beyond to make the whole experience feel relaxing and special. The customer service was exceptional, and every person we interacted with was warm, generous, and professional. I also had my service dog with me, and they were so respectful and accommodating—it meant the world to me. 10 out of 10 all the way. Beautiful nails, beautiful people, and a beautiful experience. We’ll absolutely be back!

Natural Nails always does a great job! Any person you get is amazing. They have done multiple design nails for me and I love it. The nails always last a long time and I never have an issue. My go to nail salon!

Kira made me feel beautiful! Very talented, attentive, and fast 💛. I was also greeted by staff as soon as I walked in and offered water. My first time here, and I will be returning. Update Returned and I was taken care of by another talented nail tech! (See pic below) I wish I had asked for her name. The whole experience was great again, the nail tech was very patient because I wanted a shiny yellow color like the inspo picture I showed her and she was able to match it exactly. I got short fill in, with chrome, and gems the artist suggested. I paid about the same ($82) as I did when I got full set which shocked me a little bit since fill in’s sometimes help save cost. It would be helpful to customers if we could see what we’re charged for 🥲 (I don’t know if the place offers this but I didn’t see it on my receipt)

Li did perfect! So thankful, she exceeded my expectations!! I have to say that when I was going in I was a bit apprehensive because my original nail tech was no longer here so I was very nervous and we all know how that goes. So very thankful to walk out with beautiful nails exactly what I wanted perfect shape even better than my last nail tech. Thank you Li 🥳

Great service! Beautiful nails! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff The salon is very clean very well attended, lots of colors to choose from I recommend the dipping powder or nails that will last a month without chipping or breaking

I walked into Natural Nails while my son was getting his haircut next door. Vivian was immediately available and gave me a beautiful short natural nail manicure which includes hand and arm massage. So relaxing for a busy mom and I am grateful for her hard work at Natural Nails

Vivian is wonderful and does a great job on my nails. She convinced me to try gel x instead of dip powder and I’m so impressed with how natural they look and feel!

My first and last visit to Natural Nails Chapel Hill. Service was poor. The nail tech was very distracted and it felt like she did not want to do my Gel Pedicure. She did a mediocre job, Gel polish was not precise and she did not ask me if I had any preferences regarding my Pedicure. I feel that they charge whatever they like for a service with no explanation.
