EDIT: the nail tech just reached out to apologize and to offer to fix my nails. I am gonna keep my nails until they’re ready for their next fill. The nail tech was very sweet and understanding and I think there was just maybe some miscommunication during our appointment. She was kind enough to offer to fix my nails for my next appointment & discount it. It was decent customer service and a nice quick response. I’ve gone to this place 3 times. The first 2 times were fairly decent. But the experience I had yesterday makes me question if I ever want to come back. I get acrylic nails with extensions and usually the cat eye nail polish effect. My first set of these were amazing. My second set I got yesterday. The tech seemed to be very rushed and annoyed that I was sitting at her chair. She was annoyed that I asked them to be shorter. And she drummled my natural nail so thin, I could feel them burning my nail bed. I did tell her it hurt several times. She apologized but then continued to do it as hard. The nail tech said to skip washing my hands from filing dust and just painted over them and then at the end again didn’t let me rinse my hands. Instead she rubbed the dust into my skin with their lotion. I left with them super sharp and hardly filed. I’ve got my nails done a fair bit in my life and I’ve never had my nails hurt like this. All in all they look OK but I don’t think I’ll be going back. I just felt very rushed and not cared for at all…

Three days after manicure my nails look like this and I was sitting in the car traveling for vacation two of those days. They were nice and friendly. Good prices but I expected my nails to last a bit longer. I didn’t do anything crazy to make them chip like this. My pedicure however is lasting.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my nails and toes done. Hands down My favorite nail place! Tammy is the best and staff are always great! I tell everyone to go here and couldn’t recommend this place enough! 😊

Needed powder dip and she didn't listen and did one of the colors correct and gave me razor blades on the others. She had the poo roper supplies but cut corners.I usually have great service but this time I'm extremely upset 😭 I used to feel pretty good but now it's ruined. I had someone else fix it and they still gave me razor blades. 😭 Unacceptable 😭 I won't ever go back! Used to be a great experience with smiles and a warm environment. I travel an hour for this salon and have been happy with their services. Clean establishment and they are always cleaning when I've been there by sweeping and disinfecting all surfaces down. They have been able to squeeze me in with a 30 minute notice when I needed it the most and certainly helped to make me happy 😁. I got the dip powder nails and the deluxe pedicure package with the paraffin wax wow that is the way to go! I'm here to tell you self love is priceless ❤️

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The male nail tech didn’t file my nails down completely, so I still have parts of my old set showing through my new nails, and there are small specks in the French tips. He seemed visibly annoyed when I asked him to redo my French tip because they weren’t even on both sides. When I brought up the color from my old set to him, he had an attitude, and when I mentioned it to his boss while paying, he called me a liar in Vietnamese. The boss was very kind and offered to redo them, but by then it was too late. Usually, they do a good job here, but this experience left me really disappointed.

My mom and I LOVE soleil nails- and we especially love Anna!!! This is a place where no matter who I bring with me, or even walking in, you will leave with cute nails every time- however I’ve never seen any nail tech do nail art like Anna! She always recognizes my face on the way in the door and makes me feel welcome, she is so talented, professional, and always the greatest to have a conversation with! After introducing this place to many friends, for the first time in my nail journey all my friends love the same place and are always excited to go with me!! You can tell that the staff works as a team, and always has a good time. The efficiency, attention to detail, and ambiance is unmatched, and I couldn’t recommend Soleil nail salon MORE for a good nail spot and pleasant experience Attached are a photo of my most recent nails, which Miss Anna slayed per usual (the small bubbles is the nail oil they put on your nails on the way out the door!)

Excellent price for a pedicure. $50 monthly special that includes hot stones, wax, hot towels, callus treatment and so much more! Jason did such a good job. First visit was today but already set up my next 2! Not rushed at all, was in the chair for an hour! So many color choices and friendly staff all around! Facility was extremely clean.

Ruby is truly an amazing nail artist. Myself and both of my sisters get our nails done by her. Any design I have brought to her, she has executed. Go check her out at Soleil!

I absolutely love this salon. Everyone is so friendly. I’ve been going to Ruby for years and she is top notch. I show her my picture of nail design and she consistently goes above and beyond. You’ll never find a nail salon better than this one.
