Number 1 Nail Spa

I went there yesterday with my family and we booked an appointment for deluxe pedicures. Their deluxe pedicure was not very deluxe in my opinion. All they did was trim the nail, buff the feet, cut the cuticle, and then it's an addition $15 to paint them. There was no scrub, no bubbly water, no wax or stones or hot towels. Yet it took an hour per person. The water was very low and the water was either extremely hot or super cold. There was no music playing, the atmosphere was very off. And to finish it off they cut off my pinky toe nail and got paint all over my toe. My family was unimpressed with the service and disappointed in what should've been a deluxe pedicure. I do sympathize with them, being that it was two days after Christmas and that they only had two people there to do four pedicures. I just was expecting a bit more than the bare minimum and messed up toes.

I had to have my old set soaked off, I was here 4 hours. I was irritated to the max. I had just left a managers meeting (I work 9p-7a 4 nights a week) at my job. To then wake up 4 hours later.....I was already irritated. And so this place is next door almost. I have recently moved to the area and thought hey let's try this place.....ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY IF U HAVE SEVERAL HOURS and nothing to do will I go back. I loved Ms.Kim and I loved the lady who painted my nails. But the time I spent, tired, hungry, and my hands in acetone for 3 hours was not where it was at. She is very detailed oriented, and I loved that. But a lot of things went really really wrong that I just wanted to go home and go to bed before I had to go to back to work. I got to the shop at 2:45pm I paid and left at 7:15pm. Cost was $50 and I was extremely grateful for the price and the care. But this day I didn't have the time. I will be back but only on a day that I have nothing else to do. Fast forward 2 weeks. And I had to have my nails fixed by another place close to my house. Both middle finger nails cracked on the side, and the one on the left had popped off. :-( sad

This place is the best. They are so careful and thorough with thier pedicures which I really appreciate as a diabetic. And they will keep going on your heals until they are baby butt smooth which is no small feat in my case. Now my feet are so soft and my toes are so pretty. Love Number 1 Nail Spa.

When I arrived she didn’t tell me there would be more than 20 min wait. Okay, I waited either way. She filed my nails way too hard and low. My son was with me bc I literally have no one to leave him with. He seemed bothered by him. He’s honestly a very well behaved boy. He just came and tap my shoulder gently and she said don’t move your mom, then he pushed the chair next to me a little out and she started complaining the chair was otw which it was not. Long story short I left without my nails getting done bc half way through it a lady walked in, she took her to the back to do her eyebrows never asked if it was ok for me to wait or how long would I have to wait left me there with horribly filed nails which were not even straight. And after waiting other 20 min I told her to please just charge for what she did and I would leave. I didn’t even want to get my nails painted by her bc I could tell she wouldn’t even do a good job! Bad experience, would not recommend, not going back!

I walked in at 2 pm and didnt leave until 5 50 pm they were not busy at all the lady kim spent 3 hours on my nails and im still not happy but i definitely will not come back i had powder on my nails and she said she couldnt take it off so she left the color on there and painted over it smh the worse

Best pedicure ever! Been going to Kim for 20 years! Kim is very professional and kind to all.

The owner Kim gives me the best pedicure I've ever had. She is. Ery in tune with her clients and has never made me feel rushed. 1000% recommended. I also have my eyebrows done with Kim and same positive experience applies!

I was there with my mom bout a week ago and had a regular manicure + a pedicure. I thought it was a good place. So I went back on Monday cause of course the color did not stated on for a week it only lasted for 3 days! Anyhow my complaint is that when I went in on Monday with mom again we were choosing the colors and one of the ladies was hurrying us up, expecting to choose whatever color she wanted. Stated that if we didn’t hurry up that she had an appointment and that if that appointment came in we wouldn’t be taken care till after. Meanwhile there wasn’t anyone there. So my mother chose her color and went to sit with her not liking her attitude we still stayed. The manager did my manicure she was doing my nails so calmly and all of a sudden a lady walked in for a wax service and she just started working on my nails so fast she wasn’t even doing it right (it really made me upset) and I told her that I wasn’t liking it. When she finished I payed her and left being so upset! As if I was not paying for the service I was getting. Anyhow the color last me till yesterday 11/21 meanwhile I got the service done on 11/20. I will definitely not be going back!! I don’t normally like to write rewiews but this time I am cause I am so upset I payed for a service but to only last me one 🤬day!!

I honestly don’t know how I could ever go somewhere else for a pedicure. There is no one better than Number 1 Nail Spa. They treat you like they are the only customer in the world. Spending sooo much time, so detail oriented and the cheapest around! Such great value!

Extremely slow. Got there around 3:50, waited until 5:15 to get my nails done and didn’t leave until almost 9:00. Although it was only 1 person working it should not taken almost 4 hours to do simple nails. I was the only client in the store… I’ve been to places way busier and been out in under 1 hour & 30 minutes.

I would not go back to this place if someone paid me. It was super noisy with all 3 of the employees carrying on fairly loud conversations along with a customer who was on speaker phone the entire time she was getting her fingernails done. …

Miss Kim is the sweetest lady ever. She always makes sure to do my nails for me and makes sure they are perfect. She may take a long time, but they always turn out beautiful. She also gives her customers holiday gifts, so darn sweet.

Have been coming to this salon for over 15 years and have always received wonderful service. I have never witnessed Kim or her employees be rude to anyone. Very nice atmosphere and everyone is pleasant. There are times when she is very busy so I would recommend making an appointment :-)
