Kevin's Nail Spa

I decided to get dipping powder on my real nails, the color I requested was 484. I’m all done and I noticed my nails were more of color 485. I stay in the parking lot and debate a little. Then I walk back inside to show the technician the mistake, so she agrees and immediately apologized. So she walks over and picks up the bottle and says well see the bottle says 484. I show another technician the mistake and she’s like yea she can soak it off and fix the color. Well after them going back and forth for a minute they both hump their shoulders and continue working with other customers. So I ask out loud what do they suggest and the technician says it’s nothing we can do. They didn’t try to offer any money back or anything for a mistake the we all noticed as clear as day!!!!!! I’m sitting here with some nails that last 3-4 weeks and I don’t even like them. Guess I’m just supposed to pay to have them done all over again because of a mistake they made. 😡😡😡😡😡 I will find a way to add pictures

Kevin is very professional. I received both a manicure and a pedicure and was in and out. Definitely will be back. Staff is friendly.

Love Kevin Nails... Been going there since 2017 Michelle best nail tech, I've ever had. It's clean,quiet, and Michelle very sweet and do my nails just like I asked her too.

Kevin is a great nail tech. He is ALWAYSSSS pleasant and provides great customer service. I am always satisfied with nails. He takes his time and take pride in his work. I have been going for 5 year now and will continue to come. I drive all the way from Brandon to Ridgeland because of his great work.

Great service! Michelle at Kevin's Nails has been my nail technician for 10+ years. I am always appreciative of the beautiful job she does. After using multiple nail salons in the area and not being satisfied I tried Kevins Nails and have not looked back since. I enjoy the clean atmosphere and friendly staff including Kevin, owner. They offer many services from nail care to foot care, by appointment due to the large number of clientele.

Really needs to be no star selected for this place and shut down!!!! No one should feel like they are being stereotyped. Why would they have the door completely wide open, ask could they help me only to look at my hands and then say "I have an appointment coming." I reply, that's fine I'm willing to wait. The lady then says it's by appointment only and she doesn't have an appointment until tomorrow. I was there at 4:30pm NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Rude. Felt weird upon entering because the nail tech made eye contact but didn’t greet me upon entering. Asked may I help you and asked if I wanted to book an appointment for later then said it would have to be tomorrow because they were working until 6. Which if fine, but the encounter made me feel a little uneasy about this place.

I was overcharged for what they did. The Nail Tech was rude, actually yelled at me on how to put my hand in the nail dryer because my natural nails were long. I was very disappointed because the young gentleman that always does them is so professional and friendly. As much as I like the young gentleman I will not be returning for fear I will get her or the other young lady who half polished my nails. Oh I was charged $50 when I have been there on 3 different occasions and paid $35 for the same service.😡🤬

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always had a great experience. Best customer service and my nails are always pretty. Definitely recommend coming here!!
