I really recommend them over anyone else. I had such a great experience at Riverfront Nail Salon! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and they really took their time to make sure my nails turned out exactly how I imagined. I came in with an idea, and they brought it to life perfectly—down to every detail. The creativity, precision, and care they put into their work truly impressed me. My nails came out stunning, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Riverfront Nail Salon to anyone looking for quality service and beautiful results.
I have been to this place 3x. Today was that 3rd day. The previous times I didn’t get exactly what I asked for & that was okay. This evening it cost me $95 to not get what I asked for. When I saw the nail techs nail art I said I want that & she said okay, instead of telling me what product she was using & asking if I want that product on my nails, she just did my nails. I did not stop her because I don’t know the difference between gel acrylic or powder. I love the nails, yes one is crooked really bad but she was so polite and very professional, but it would’ve been nice to have her ask if I wanted powder because it costs “X” amount of money. The only thing I was shown was a pamphlet of nail shapes. On a good note, Vincent did great on my pedicure as well and was very communicative with me and polite. I apologize for not getting my nail techs name, I left a cash tip for her! Giving 3 stars because no clear rapport between nail tech and client BUT the work, environment & employees were cool.
First time coming , overall the area and interior design is very nice and accommodating. My pedicure went smoothly and I was offered a “free” drink of my choosing from the menu. I came in for relaxation that quickly turned into anxiety from having to decline multiple times a service I didn’t ask nor wanted. Giving recommendations and information is one thing but after multiple times of disagreeing that I indeed don’t want that service left me with a bit of unease. Then to tell the lady that I only wanted gel polish manicure not dip again numerous times & for her to say my nails were too short and to make them longer is best made me uncomfortable with my decision but I stuck with it , then after I walked to wash my hands they talked out loud amongst each other and laughed at the decision I had decided on. Very poor customer service. I felt embarrassed immediately. I probably won’t be coming back. The gel sets came out pretty , not sure why they push so much , made me feel like they only wanted more money out of me.
I love it here. I would not dear go anywhere else. Laura takes great care of my hands and feet. She always treats my ingrown toenail which causes me pain during the week. 5 years strong!!! Not to mention the complementary drinks. I have gone from martini to now coffee over the years. My mom, sister and friends all come here.
My sister took me here yesterday cause she comes here alot and honestly it was better than i expected. We were walk ins but got seated pretty quick even though they looked busy , we got our complimentary drinks and i got a regular pedicure , asked if the water was okay and made sure i was satisfied (she even made my pinky witch toe look good) loved the service and then i got a full set (i think it was the dip) but she covered up my scar on my nail just fine and the design i wanted (in my head i was trying to figure out how to rearrange it) and she suggested (BEFORE DOING SHE ASKED) a better design and i let her do what she thought best and it came out looking less tacky and basic than i wanted and all though she was kind of fast with the service, she got it done with no issues at all definitely gotta come here more 5 stars ⭐️ Ps. You get a punch card and get $15 off when you fill it up (manis and pedis count as 2 punches in one day)
First of all, I have been really not wanting to leave a poor review. I had been coming here over the last couple of years as it was close by and they did an okay job at pedicures. Their customer service was never great as they never recognized me but that is fine. The last time I went there, one of the nail techs cut my toe. I ended up getting staph infection. I called to tell them and they told me that the owner was out of town, that they would not refund me but that I should have come there before going to the doctor for it to be run through their insurance. This originally happened in July. Post taking antibiotics for the staph infection, it ended up getting a fungal infection and now my toenail has completely fallen off. I tried calling again, they said it’s now been so long that I should’ve called sooner. I had tried to call sooner and they told me that no one could help me until the owner was back in town. I did not want to make a post but at this point I am so underwhelmed by them not wanting to rectify this situation. She said on the phone “this is not a big deal” multiple times. I find this to just be poor customer service but additionally, a safety hazard.
I visited the salon today, Thursday, July 3, 2025, upon opening. I was greeted promptly by a staff member, older with glasses, a petite Asian woman with a bob haircut (name not obtained), who inquired about my service request. I requested a manicure and pedicure and was then directed to wait on the seating provided until a technician was available. During the pedicure service, which I found to be of mediocre quality, the technician inquired about the desired nail design for the manicure. I presented what I believed to be a straightforward cheetah print design with blue tips. The technician stated that the design could only be achieved with gel polish, citing the need for extended drying time between colors if regular polish were used. I expressed my preference against gel polish due to its damaging effects on my nails. My dissatisfaction stems from the technician's unwillingness to accommodate a simple service request based on perceived inconvenience. Furthermore, the salon had a low customer volume at the time, with only four patrons and approximately eight technicians present.
Laura did my nails today and totally killed itttt! She was so funny and nice I’ll most definitely be coming back to my girl!
Hi, I’m the person that had visited this location to get my nails done. I was so excited to go especially seeing the complimentary drinks they offered! Me and my best friend went together and when we were sat down we watched everyone get offered a drink and none was offered to us. Furthermore after I had sat and showed her the picture she told me that it wouldn’t look right short. (They were simple French nails) so I told her I have a job that requires me to have shorter nails or I can’t move around. I’m not a person that speaks up but when I say how long they were after being cut I told her to go shorter, she trimmed it and I said shorter. She said after filing it down 3x more it will be very short. I said okay and after the first two file I said shorter please. She looked at me a bit upset and told me to trust her… I was uncomfortable but I said okay against my better judgement. Then at the end they were not what I wanted at all but I was gracious enough to leave a $20 tip and pay $106 for French nails… I left kind of disappointed but let it go cause I don’t like causing trouble. A few days later while at work, I hit a box and it ripped my entire real nail off due to how long they were. Which is exactly what I was trying to prevent. I called her and my coworker told them I needed a refund or a solution for my nail being ripped off and the manager Laura pretended she couldn’t hear us over the phone.. I went in and she glued the half broken acrylic nail to my actual bleeding skin. And then went to cut it while it was barely hanging on so I cried from the pain to which she responded by calling me a big baby. It was continuous name calling and extremely embarrassing to have to endure with other customers present. One lady next to me noticed and asked if it was okay and said she knows it hurts and she’s sorry. I’m so thankful that she noticed because after that the nail lady said she’d stop and leave it alone and just took the rest of the nails off. After all this she then charged me for the removal while saying I need to stop being upset and smile.. it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and I’m a very kind person I just wanted a solution or for her to help.. not ridicule me. I can’t believe a professional environment would conduct themselves this way I’m so upset. The staff were also laughing amongst themselves during the interaction of me being so in pain I was crying. Please learn to treat others better, I was nothing but kind to you all.
Total experience I enjoyed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This was my 1st pedicure professionally done. When I say it's worth every dime Laura was the truth and Julie for my fill. I've found my spot. The complimentary drink sealed the deal.
