I won’t be going back. While the salon has a lovely plant wall, my experience was very disappointing. Susan Maki completed my service in just thirty minutes (yes, I was out the door that quickly)—the most rushed experience I’ve ever had—and I was charged $155.25. For that price, I expected far more care and quality. After a glossing treatment, your hair should feel soft and healthy, but by the very next day mine felt like straw.

I have been seeing Rob Gibson for over five years now. Rob is personable, gives it to you straight, and will do an amazing job cutting and styling your hair. He was even extra attentive and cautious when I came in for my haircut in June right before my wedding. He gave me a perspective on how my normal haircut would look in photos, and adjusted. I really appreciated that foresight. I’ve recommended Rob to all my friends.

Susan M was absolutely excellent—professional, skilled, and really understood what I was looking for. I also love the hair products they use. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I finally found a hairdresser who will look at a reference photo and actually be able to execute desired results. Jen H. did an amazing job of translating what I wanted. Scarlette has been making all of my hair dreams come true since the spring of 2017 (although it feels like much longer). I love that she is up for anything and is super knowledgeable with the different color techniques. Whether I ask for coral or lavender to my latest lilac roots with rainbow prisms throughout - everything has all turned out great and I dont even mind the hours I spend in the chair to accomplish this. She also introduced me to the magic that is Olaplex and has now saved my processed/ bleached hair forever. After being 'fired' as a client by my hair stylist mother, I found Scarlette through the recommendation of a friend and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I recently went to Gretchen for extensions. She not only crafted the perfect color for me, but she also seamlessly installed my extensions. I have gotten many compliments on my hair and you cannot tell that I have extensions in. She really listens to her clients and works with you to achieve your hair goals.

I’ve gone to see Kiko Cruz a couple times now and every time he has blown me away. He makes good conversation, has reasonable prices, and does an incredible job on the hair itself. I would recommend him to everyone!

Susan has been my stylist for several years. I have short hair and always receive a great cut! Susan is fun and very professional. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

I’ve been seeing Jen H. at Kuva for years now, and both she and the salon are amazing. The salon has a wall of green plants that always makes me feel calm, and the heated towels are the best. I always come away from my hair colors and cuts with Jen at Kuva loving my hair and feeling both relaxed and revitalized.

I travel a ways to come here and there is a reason. Great product is a must. Not this junk that frys your hair (Spalon M uses cheap bad stuff which will fry your hair (beware)). My stylist, Stephen, is so talented. Great cut, great color, always walking out looking beautiful!
