Sport Clips Haircuts of Jackson

We got five coupons in the mail for $10 cuts husband used the first one. Amy was great with him. Came back three weeks later for his second one use the $10 coupon card and got charged 15 doesn’t say anything on the coupon card about $15 for your second haircut with the certificate. This is what Brittany said that works there. Please explain this to me.

Got there 7 minutes after opening, there was a 97 minute wait. Don't waste your time. Only one staff working. I attempted to book online before going but i noted it said walk ins welcome, not if you have to wait over an hour and a half.

Brittney K did a great job on my cut. She was thorough and took care with it. She also has keen people skills, intuitively interacting with me in a way that made me comfortable. The stylist next to us was kind & friendly too. I recommend this location!

Trying to make appointment on line last night and it was not working. I did not know that meant they were booked up. I knew the window states no appointment needed. Went there at 10:15 AM and was told there was a 81 minute wait. Very disappointed. I was hoping that Sports Clip would work ,because I go to Jude's barbershop in Lansing. I guess being deceptive by stating no appointment is needed, made up my mind. I will keep going to Jude's . Thanks for making my decision.

Worse place ever, was there right at 10 once they opened and there was 1 person in front of me and one being cut. The lady said she should be able to take me in 20 minutes when she was done. So I waited and then people started to come in and then she called them before me so I asked what the heck and she said they must of checked in before you, and then there was someone else in front of me as well now after that guy. I just left it had to be a joke or the worse common sense from someone I've ever seen. I don't want anybody cutting my hair like that anyway. Long story short don't bother with this place.

Brittany does great, professional service. She’s quick too, and efficient. The MVP service is among the best cuts I’ve ever had.

Lana was amazing! Took her time and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. The service and haircut were great, the MVP experience was awesome. Very relaxing. Will def be back.

I received a letter and coupons in the mail. The letter stated "We are always staffed appropriately so there is never a long wait..." I went in and there was no one at the counter and a seating area full, what appeared to be a customer told me to sign in, (apparently she was an off duty employee), I signed in and waited for 38 minutes and still had a 37 minute wait time. I don't know what they consider a "Long wait" but this is what I consider a long wait. I left with 35 minutes to go. A word of advice to "SPORTS CLIPS" DO NOT make statements that you cannot follow through on. Will not go back...ever. the only reason they got one star is I could not post without it.

Was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was so nice. Diana did a great job. Will definitely be returning.
