This was my first visit to L’acqua and I absolutely loved it! It’s so convenient being close to home. I booked my appointment online, and Sandy took amazing care of me. I chose the deluxe pedicure, and it turned out perfect! I’ll definitely be back and will be requesting Sandy again. Thank you! 🥰

Absolutely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The techs here are incredibly skilled and treat my natural nails with so much care and attention. My nails are always stunning—the art is not only beautiful but lasts forever without chipping or lifting. They consistently bring my design ideas to life with flawless precision, no matter how detailed or unique. You can truly feel the love and pride they put into their work. Absolutely outstanding job! Victor did such an amazing job with my nails, he was so patient, kind, and took his time doing my nails! The manager was absolutely fabulous! She even typed for me, as well as took videos of my nails which came out amazing! If you need your nails done, GO TO THEM!

I’ve been a regular client here for almost 2 years, but I won’t be coming back. Honestly, I wasn’t even going to write a review, but after my last couple of visits I feel like I should. Both times, I felt disrespected by Tracy. She wasn’t nice at all and was quick to be condescending, which is completely inappropriate. This isn’t the first time either—both Tracy (the owner) and her husband have been rude in the past. He always seems irritated and has an attitude, and the few times they personally did my nails, the work was terrible. That’s why I always stuck with my preferred tech. The vibe of this salon is very judgmental. You can tell the owner and techs are talking about you while you’re sitting there, which is super unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of all that, I ended up getting a serious bacterial infection on my nail bed. My dermatologist in Overland Park confirmed it was highly likely caused by dirty tools, and since I’m otherwise healthy, there’s no other real explanation. I’m disappointed in the culture of this salon and the way I’ve personally been treated. I now go somewhere much farther and more expensive, but the skill, cleanliness, and respect I get there make it completely worth it.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn’t just another nail salon — it’s an experience. The atmosphere is chic, spotless, and instantly relaxing, with soft music and the kind of attention to detail you’d expect from a luxury spa. My technician was an absolute perfectionist (in the best way possible) — every shape, cuticle, and polish stroke was flawless. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and offered helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. The products they use are clearly high-quality, and my nails have never looked better or lasted longer. The customer service is unmatched — I was greeted like an old friend, offered a drink, and treated like royalty from start to finish. They truly care about their clients here, and it shows in every interaction. If you want nails that look like they belong on a magazine cover and a pampering experience that will leave you floating out the door, this is the place to go. Worth every penny — and then some.

Came back for another review because they were just that good! They even gave me a free cuticle oil. RUN DON’T WALK! They are absolutely amazing, and the environment was so friendly and welcoming!

I had such a wonderful experience at L’acqua nails and lashes for my pedicure. My technician, Jenny , was incredibly detailed and made sure my feet and nails were perfect along with massage. They have a fall special and the presentation was beautiful and scents were amazing and the hot stones were so nice! She was so sweet and talked to me about her kids and listened to me about mine. The salon itself was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, and the massage chairs are a nice bonus! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Me and my 5 friends all went to get our nails done together for our best friend’s wedding! They brought us out the most beautiful food and beverage cart as a surprise!!

Absolutely LOVED both my manicure and pedicure. It was my first time getting any designs in my nails and this truly exceeded my expectations, will definitely be back! Very kind staff, clean and welcoming environment, and they did not disappoint on the leg and foot massage - my favorite part.

Sandy was very good. She listened as to what I wanted for my nails and I like the simple design she put on my nails. I also like that the dip wasn't built up very high and bulky like some other salons do. I paid what I was expecting it would cost.
