Something in America broke after Covid. Everywhere you go, people want to get paid but nobody wants to work. Period. I drove over from unity, about 40 minutes to get a haircut. I came into the store 20 minutes after 6 PM The store doesn’t close for 40 minutes. There was one guy sitting in the seat waiting. The call ahead feature was closed for the night. The website clearly states walk-ins are welcome. I didn’t even set 1 foot in the door before they turned my business away. It’s pretty frustrating given that I have a business meeting tomorrow morning. Why are you open till seven yet, you close at 6:20 PM? I would understand if there was a long list of customers waiting. Not. Lazy lazy lazy lazy lazy lazy lazy

All of the stylists are kind, welcoming, and very engaging with my son. I've been taking him there since he was 2 years old (he's now 5). Honestly 10/10 experience.

I contacted Sport Clips by phone (Bangor )and they told me 45 minutes so I went and did a couple errands and when I walked in they said it was still 30 plus minutes but not 7-8 minutes later they called my name. The stylist was kind and professional, though she never said her name that I recall...I will more than likely return. Thank you!!!

I was just traveling through town and had time to kill so I got a haircut. It was probably the best experience I've ever had with Supercuts. The 3 ladies working were all incredibly nice.

My boyfriend asked for a little off the top it was tike for a trim but he had great hair. The person cutting his hair basically buzzed it looks absolutely awful. He's typically had good experiences here but definitely will NOT be going back.

This is the worst barber shop I have ever been to and I will never be coming back. The staff did not listen to what I requested and took off way too much hair. I asked to keep the bulk of my hair in the back and on the sides the same as it was when I walked in and for the past 3 times i’ve been here they have not listened and shaved my hair down completely. I hope this place shuts down because what they are doing should be classified as illegal.

I am grateful, as a veteran, to be honored this Veteran's Day with a free haircut. I got a fine trim of my undercut. Excellent service. I was made very comfy, and welcome. A very Maine experience thanks Gerry

Very good experience from the very first visit, more than just a haircut if you want it to be, stylist very easy to talk to, only down side is if you are easily distracted as there's TV's with sporting events. Have already been back and will definitely be there again. Side note I'm very particular about who cuts my hair and have only had 4 people ( one being the stylist here)besides myself in 47 years.

Great haircut, got my beard trimmed as well. It's superb and it didn't take to long either. She touched up a few things I asked for as well last minute no problem. Great service, friendly staff. Would highly recommend at least giving them a try! Plus you can book online on your way there, and skip the wait time!

My go-to. Great service and atmosphere. It can get really busy at this location is really popular, so its best to book ahead of time online. I have an account with them and the benefits are definitely worth it. My stylist of preference is Chris. They are great at what they do and they are very friendly.
