I went to Queen’s Nail & Spa today for the first time and highly recommend this place for nail services. Jenney is so sweet , and her attention to detail was exceptional . She is really talented at what she does !! I was also able to get an appointment within the hour on a Saturday . I have found my new spot for gel pedicures !!! Cannot recommend them enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Not a fan of this place and most likely won't be coming back! First off came in and there was no one in there so got right in.. Asked for a pedicure and a fill in. Wanted a certain look for my nails and the lady stated she didn't have time to do that, and said I have something else for you. Not sure why she didn't have time there was no one in there just her and I and she didn't have anyone after because after our conversation someone called to make a 2:00 appointment and they got right in. As she's doing my nails she burning the crap out of me with that little drill thing they use when you have acrylic nails. The nails look nothing like what I wanted or even asked for.

if I could give zero stars I would. Just horrible all around. The older Asian lady can’t do nails worth a crap, I don’t even know how she got licensed. Johnny is decent, the other lady Tracey is probably the best, pedicure was atrocious, manicure was disgusting. There’s a reason why this salon is ALWAYS empty. Beware 👎🏽 …

The day before Easter only one person was working due to the holiday and he did an amazing job! He worked with each person who came in and coordinated walk-ins too! My nails were done beautifully and was not rushed at all thank you so much!

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I asked for a gel Manicure. Cut me twice, messed up the polish, nails were sharp and uneven. Never again. I paid and still tipped but it certainly was not deserved.

This place use to be called BJ nails but it’s now under new ownership and the owners are super sweet and do a wonderful job. I’ve been there twice now and both times have been amazing! I will continue going back. I highly recommend checking them out. My husband says it’s the best pedicure he’s ever got and we have tried a lot of places in Kent Island. If you read the reviews the older ones are from the previous place.

Absolutely terrible. Advertising stock photos of nails from the internet. AI captions on facebook, terrible terrible work. how you haven’t been shut down by the state board. Doubtful that any of you in there are licensed.

I had powdered nails and a pedicure. Nail work done was very pretty and is lasting. Pedicure one week later update: Gel color faded off😩
