Angel Nails

I walked in for a soak off. I’ve gotten my nails soaked off many times so I generally know what to expect. I did not expect my acrylics to be literally ripped off my nails with nail clippers. The process was very uncomfortable and my nails have never been left this horrible after a removal. I regret not walking out as soon as she started. I still have patches of acrylic stuck on my nails. My nail surface is incredibly uneven and ragged. I had to file my nails at home because I had sharp parts left. I also have sore spots on my skin from being hit with the electric file. I do not recommend going for a removal or anything else. I will not be back.

Really not great. To begin- my nails are short, cuticles overgrown. I was mostly looking for a cleanup. She did that pretty well, but there are definitely some rough skin spots around my nails still. She used lotion then IMMEDIATELY had me wash my hands- so they were pretty dry leaving the shop which is unusual. 4 employees were talking very loudly throughout, which was kind of annoying. Very nice, but did not seem too concerned with customer experience. Salon was kind of dirty- lots of nail dust on almost all surfaces with little to no general wiping down from what I could see. Overall, probably won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend it, I went only because I was running errands in that shopping center.

DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! I had to go back 3 times in one day because the gel that they applied was not even try on my nails and kept peeling off.. the 3rd time I came the owner blamed me saying that I picked at it and told me she would charge me for a new color next time.. she re did my nails and the color is once again peeling.. I’m 8 months pregnant and don’t even feel like going back for them to fix it.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The man with the long hair cut my big toe. After he cut me I had to tell him multiple times that what he was doing was hurting and he continued on and just tapped my wound. I had got regular polish which meant I had to sit under the dryer for some time. The owner proceeded to rush me to pay and when I asked for a discount because I shed blood, she threw the receipt at me…. NO FUNNY. She threw the receipt at me. Also she rushed me out causing me to put my socks and shoes on and my nails were messed up resulting in a waste of money. I will not be returning and spending another dime here again.

I used to be a faithful customer and gave them a break after mediocre inconsistent service. I recently gave them another try and I am utterly disappointed. The overall finish is sloppy and nails and cuticles looked dry and cracked. Paint job horrible. And on top the nail tech had a full on conversation for the duration of my appointment. Didn't even offer lotion at the end. Sadly many salons in the area are sub par but I definitely will not be back here

It's cheap. Fills are $12. Pedicures are $20. I thought I'd found my new spot but, that was short lived. This place is always full of people. I've only done the pedicure with big toe designs. The designs leave much to be desired. The guy Dave does ok work but, his attitude STINKS!!! He got mad because I wouldn't let him drill on my toes! I don't have hammer feet man! He intentionally did not smooth my feet properly on the bottom so, he got no tip. I thought about letting him do my nails but, he pissed me off from my feet and I don't like the turbo speed he puts the drill on. I had to wait so, I was able to observe. That speed is actually painful and it's just unprofessional. A lot of older ladies work here that move a bit too slow. If you don't have anything else to do, try it out. Update::: I did go back because a coworker wanted to go. Another lady did my feet and she was a joy! She told jokes and made me laugh. VERY accommodating! So, this is more of a hit or miss type of spot.

Lynn at station five is AMAZING!! So friendly, flexible, talented and open minded! She never makes me feel bad for asking her to try new things with my nails and new trends. She’s so caring and actually takes the time to get to know her guests! Not even just her is a good nail tech there, EVERYONE there are very talented. I’m very satisfied since making the switch to Angel nails. Even my daughter loves going with me to get her nails and toes down. I don’t hear a PEEP out of here when we’re there ;)

Been going here since I was 14 I'm now 41. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always do great work. My eyebrows are always even my hand paint designs are always beautiful and my feet always feel fantastic after my pedicures. These people here are always professional. The more time to go the more enjoyable it is. They joke around with you and are very friendly. Their work is exceptional and beautiful. The owner Kim is so nice and just down to earth. I never have a complaint when. She done with me.

I love Angel Nails Ms Kim there does a awesome job everytime she does my nails!! I've never heard anyone there have a bad experience with anyone that gets their nails or a pedicure done!! I've been going there I believe 3 or 4 years and I've always returned back there and I'll continue to go there they're wonderful people there!! 💜💅 …

The Owner Kim has a poor attitude!!! Customer service is not in her vocabulary. I was referred to her by a loyal customer that has been gong to her for years. I trusted that so I went to see Kim. I was very happy with my nails until the clear coat started to fade after 3 days. The Owner Kim has a poor attitude!!! Customer service is not in her vocabulary. When I went back to speak with her about it she copped an attitude immediately and started blaming me for it fading; and how this is her business so she knows i had to of done something. Kim fixed the polish with a complete attitude and simply started working on a another customer without saying a word to me when finished. This is a customer that came in excited to be service by Kim because i had heard great things about her and unfortunately left disappointed. Never once did I receive an apology! I will never return to that shop to give her another $50.00. I could go to another Tech but I would still be giving her my hard earned money. Customer Service over your expertise any day. She don't even deserve 1 star😠
