I have been using this location every two weeks for the last year, and have never had a bad experience. Wonderful staff, great location, and hardly ever a wait.

Simple bang trim for my daughter and they butchered her hair. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been going for 3 years here always satisfied with cut. Generally wait times are reasonable. Like being able to check wait times online as well as check in online. Last two times Jessica has cut my hair, she is fantastic. One thing I would like to see on their app, what stylists are working that day and a way to request a stylist. All around great services.

Am very satisfied with Great Clips. Good quality haircuts at very, very reasonable prices. I stopped paying 3x's as much and am now a regular customer.

Ok for a simple haircut, I asked for a precision layered cut style and brought photos. Instead I received layered on top but a bob on the bottom. Maria didn't listen or understand. To their credit, I went back and Ria (photo)recut my hair to my requested style, but had to be much shorter. Caution: The hair wash basin while leaning back stuck into my oxyput at back of head! It took 5 days to stop hurting and being tender!

Jessica is my girl - I've been coming to her for a few years and every cut is exactly what I asked for. I show her a picture and it's done! She's a pro, the salon is fresh and clean, and all the staff are lovely. Great value, too. ❤️ this Great Clips.

This is probably the best Great Clips in Maryland its located at 1288 Bay Dale Drive. They offer everything from very simple basic cuts to very detailed clipper cuts,shampoo and blowdry, formal styling, kids cuts,etc. This location also has a very talented staff with extensive years of experience, so you’re getting Top Quality Stylists at Great Prices!! When you go be sure to look for Roxanne, Lori,Shannon,Jake,or Lilly!! There all fantastic!! Jessica is a must see for Little Ones shes so patient and good with clipper cuts for children!!

Where do I even begin. I asked for a simple faded and to clean up the good ol hair line. Simple right? WRONG! They took my hair line so far back you can only see it if youre looking from behind me!!
