I finally found a regular nail person that I adore. Her name is Selena and she always makes time for me and my nails. I forgot to take pictures all the other times but they always look amazing. I get tons of compliments. She uses builder gel instead of acrylic. I go here when I'm not wearing my natural nails. The staff is welcoming and its its always immaculately clean. Love it here.

I have never been so disappointed and ripped off at a salon. Was really looking forward to a manicure and pedicure for myself and my husband, prior to my surgery where I would be down for a month. I didn't even let them do my manicure because my pedicure was so terrible. My nails were completely crooked, cuticles were not pushed down, dead skin left on the toes, the pedicures were rushed, there was barely any cutting, a 2-second buffing where my skin is still rough on the bottom of my feet and polish left off of the sides of my nails, which I SPECIFICALLY told her I'm picky about, she didn't even paint the top of one of my toenails, you can still see the natural nail. My husband's pedicure was just as bad as you can see from the photos crooked nails that looks like he cut them himself and no filing clearly, and dead skin left all over. I'm very particular about my toenails being the same length and she cut them way too short to begin with and then I had to go home and re-cut my nails and file them and cut them down way shorter than I like just to even them up. Completely disappointed and I will never be back. What a rip-off for $120! Don't waste your money.

I got some gel nails done and the last place I went to did ok but when I went back, it was a different person and that piled the builder gel on there. I'm still very new to builder gel but after my sister's memorial service was over, I tried to go back to see if they could just buff them down and they couldn't fit me in. I do hair and these suckers were clunky. I'll share more on another review about that, anywho...I called around and Pearls was open until 7 and could get me in. I told them I was new to builder gel and I just wanted it cut down and buffed down. She did JUST that. I felt SO much better. No long wait time but I would definitely recommend an appointment because they're good and make you a priority. Schedule your time accordingly. I've been back at least 3 or 4 times sense then. She's helped me to find a color I love, educated me on how long is too long to keep tips on your nails etc. She doesn't over drill or dig with the cuticle nippers. The establishment is very large, open and clean and there's not a bunch of politics or explicit music/videos playing on the tv/speaker. It makes for a very chill environment. Selena is my girl. P.S. Communication with your nail tech is key. I find the ones who are most unhappy usually sit there, bark out orders at the beginning and just expect them to know, then complain after they left instead of allowing the tech to make it right before the job is complete. Don't be a Karen. This establishment is great🤌🏿

Will its my first time coming to pearl salon i thought they could make it good, i came in and said full set and show the picture that i want for my nails and okay i sat down to table 9 and they show it to the guy to do my nails at first’s he doesn’t know what he is doing like he did know what he will do they did a shit on my nails.

I visited this nail salon as my regular technician was fully booked, and unfortunately, this was the most painful manicure experience I've ever had. While the staff member was personally pleasant, the service had significant problems: - My cuticles were severely over-trimmed, causing multiple fingers pain and bleeding - The salon did not have my first or second color choice, indicating poor inventory management - Paid $75 (before tip) for a service that was both painful and substandard The excessive cuticle trimming was not just uncomfortable but potentially harmful. Proper nail care should never result in bleeding or pain. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I am particularly concerned about the lack of proper sanitary practices, both for myself and other customers. For instance, the chrome powder was applied using a previously used sponge applicator, which is unhygienic. Additionally, the powder should have been poured into a separate container for application, with any excess discarded, rather than repeatedly dipping into the same container and risking further contamination.

What can I say!!🔥 Pearl's Nails and Spa is the greatest!! I have no complaints and if I did they fix them immediately! No One can ever say they had a problem there because they are willing to take their medicine!!I love them, they pay attention to detail, they are artistic, and they are reasonable for the price of today!! I am on a strict budget but they are well worth that time and money! In fact, my wonderful Nail Tech Kelly can do anything even if you bring her a picture! I love her! She is very sweet and professional! She is one of my joys every month and can't wait to see her on my monthly trip!! Thank you - Pearl Nails for the most beautiful nails ever and taking such good care of me!!

the lady who did my nails acted like she just hated her job, don’t get me wrong it was good but she really messed my nails up. my right thumb is already chipping and lifting along with my left middle finger and pinky. the girl that did my nails rushed with putting the acrylic on my nail and the polish. she did a completely different design than i wanted in the picture. paid 130$ for a shitty job

I absolutely love this nail salon & every nail tech. They are so friendly, greet customers at the door, pay attention to detail, very accommodating, clean & offer the BEST pedicures!! I have a weird work schedule & they made my dip service work today when I was pressed for time! I wish I knew the sweet lady who did my nails today; but she was at station #12 & did an amazing job. She really took the time to make my nails perfect instead of rushing. A Huge thank you to the 3 who stayed until 5:20pm, 20 minutes after closing time to make my nails look beautiful!!
