Nail Palace at Richmond Shopping Centre

I’ve been a regular here for years and always loved coming when Andy was around - he was my favorite tech. Net and Jake are also wonderful. Unfortunately, my recent experience wasn’t the same. The technician I had struggled to understand my preferences, especially when it came to nail shape. I have very very small nail beds, and the tips used were too wide, which made the final look feel bulky and disproportionate. I did try to communicate that they were too wide, but there was a language barrier. At one point, I said “I don’t know,” and I believe it was misunderstood as “I don’t care.” I’d really appreciate being scheduled with a tech who understands my requests more clearly and can file my nails thinner to better fit my hands. Still a 5 star because they're the best in the area!!! Jake and Net, you were missed today! Andy, come back!! 💔

Came in last Saturday when they were pretty busy. I don’t mind the wait at all but please do not rush on my nails just because you have others waiting in the lobby. I have 2 crooked nails, both being the thumbs and doesn’t show well in pictures, NO work was done to my cuticles, and the underneath of my nails from the drippings of acrylic was not cleaned up. Also, my right middle finger nail has acrylic up to the skin on the finger and is now lifting causing EVERYTHING to get snagged on it. I’m new to Richmond and this is the first nail salon I decided on trying out since I get my nails and toes done every 2-3 weeks. Needless to say, I chose wrong for my first pick in this town. I’ve read other really good reviews on this salon and I’m definitely upset that I ended up with this outcome when I have never ever had a single other issue from any other nail salon or nail tech. Wack.

I’ve lived in Richmond for almost 7 years. Nail palace is my fav place! They’ve helped my nails grow stronger and take very good care of me! I love the pedicures! They do such a good job! This is what I got today!

love love love this place, the guy I usually get really takes his time to perfect everything. I’ve been a few times and I plan to go more! plain color acrylic costs around $60 but lasts around 3 weeks.

Such a Great visit. Seen a photo online that I wanted to recreate from their previous customers, and it was done to perfection. Very Friendly. Busy but wasn't trying to make any mistakes by rushing. I'm def. Coming back. Andy was my Tech, and he was Amazing. Wheelchair accessible as well. 1000/10

I came in two hours before they closed. They were not busy at all and had plenty of workers. I was just getting a fill-in on my nails and my toes so they told me they had time and then halfway through my fill-in on my toes I was informed that I would have to come back the next day because they did not have time to do my nails too. I also was charged $103 Not including tip and I just got a toenail fill-in with gel polish have never paid $100 for a fill-in in my life.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience getting a gel polish manicure today! It’s been years since I’ve had one done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The technician was fast and efficient, making the process smooth and enjoyable. I went with a friend, and we had minimal wait time, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a fantastic visit—I’ll definitely be back!

Best nail tech I've had. I had a picture of how I wanted my nails done and the tech did it exactly like I asked. She took her time and made sure to ask me if I wanted the heart done.

I got a pedicure and full acrylic set. They are so polite and even had to fix my nails and was still super kind they done great on my nails and toes

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Horrible service. This place is very unprofessional. I got acrylic and the very same day one popped off. If I wanted press on nails I would've went to the dollar store. Went and got it fixed but the next day after that …

I love this place! The only nail place I go to in Richmond however, they need more staff that can do pedicures. Having to sit and wait for someone is a little frustrating. Especially when you have other things to handle…
