L.A. Nails

Went there 2 years ago for my prom nails. Y’all know what, nothing looked alike the picture that I showed them. I showed them the picture before started, they told they can do it. So I trusted them. After result, boom, nothing is related to the model picture, NOTHING. I couldn’t find the original model pic that I showed them in 2 years ago, because it’s been 2 years, but the second model picture is close enough to the original model. Anyone get what I mean why I mentioned nothing looked alike? The quality, version, shape, and the feels. The nail tip should be thin and narrow in, not thick and flat out. The reason why I commented this 2 years later because at that time I don’t want to feel bad to say things out, but now the more I think about it, the angrier I get.

I came in with an appointment at 5pm (one hour before they close), and the man doing my nails was extremely impatient. My nails are EXTREMELY uneven and different lengths, the polish has already come off, and my thumb was ruined after five minutes after leaving. Granted, they haven't fallen off after five days, but I am VERY unhappy with my nails, and will be going to have them fixed at Pretty Nails.

Every time I come in Christie always makes sure everyone’s taken great care of, her and the rest of the staff are extremely polite and well mannered. They make you feel important and and show you the upmost respect during and after your first visit. I recommend all my friends and family go here if they want any of their services listed, I recommend strangers to come here. I love this place and I won’t go anywhere else. I appreciate feeling like a part of the family when I walk through the door. And I always get an I love you thank you ! Be safe! when I leave lol.

Love this nail salon! Yen(not sure how to spell her name) is the best! She's super friendly, good at her job, quick but efficient, and remembers our conversations. Plus the owners are awesome too. One picture is 2 weeks and there's no peeling or chipping. The other of my toes, is a month out. I always get gel.

Just don’t go there if you want satisfaction and get what you paid for . I have to walk away after the guy clean my nails and start putting some base coat even if my nails has still the old nail gel color left. It’s just not a good place to get my nails done . I told the guy “ there is still some gel color on my nails and he shouldn’t apply the base coat yet. And he answered it should be alright and covered with the new color. I asked to get a lady to do it to me but I should have to wait. Cause they were busy. I walk away and was so upset . . My first and last visit. That’s it. I’m not coming Back to waste any cents . Not worth it

The husband or older gentleman that did my nails was not paying attention. He was busy talking on the phone or watching a television show when I asked him what he was watching. He laughed and said nothing. My nails were uneven, not painted accurately and not shaped evenly he was definitely distracted and not worried about customer service, although the girl doing my pedicure was very attentive and even helped me with shaking my nails and my eyebrows I would not recommend them especially for that gentleman, which is sad because the ladies generally seem concerned about Customer Care

Me and my little girl went to get our nails done today and were extremely disappointed in our service. My nails were done extremely quickly. They didn’t give the gel enough time to dry under the light so they were sticky and smudged. They were also uneven. I had to have them take off the top coat, reshape my nails, and redo the top coat. My nails are still all uneven and differently shaped, and the top coat is already peeling on the edges of my nails. They also charged me more for my kids nails then they originally told me they would be. We won’t be back.

Definitely the bottom five of pedicure experiences. The guy was completely distracted by the television. And his friend. Just a very cursory attempt at the leg/foot massage or anything else. Little to no effort to smooth out the nails, so my big toes look like they have painted Ruffles on them. Don't think I'll be going back there again. Ever. It was inexpensive but It was cheap. And it could stand a good cleaning.

Took my elderly auntie to get her nails trimmed. The guy trimmed her nails and toes FREE OF CHARGE. They were so nice. We will be going back

Mai is wonderful, I had a mani/pedi and she helped me pick a better color based on what I liked. First time in, but will be back!
