BaK 4 More

Saw Maddie H for a full highlight on my thick hair. She was AMAZING to talk to, my hair was done so beautifully with great results even after washing the following week. Friendly service, upscale results & products at suchhhhh a good price point. Bak 4 More made me feel like a VIP client instead of a burden. Even with a late appointment & long service the energy was up and the work was flawless.

I made an appointment for today Saturday at 12:30 and confirmed it yesterday. I received a call today at about 10:15am saying the stylist could not see me until 1pm or they could put me with another stylist. I told them I had to call them back because I had another obligation . They called me 20 minutes later again to tell me they could see me at 11:55 but would be with a “higher” stylist and would be more expensive. What upset me is that they have a policy about no shows and canceling appointments last minute but they don’t honor their commitments. In my humble opinion, the right thing would have been to see me at 11:55 and not charge me any more than originally planned since I was not the one changing the appointment. I ended up canceling. Very disappointed.

Website has incorrect amounts and if you look like you know nothing about hair they will try to overprice everything you do $300 for the most basic highlights I’ve ever seen been almost 3 times and never paid that price and got more highlights prior to this visit do not book with mads! Not to mention I sat there for almost 3 hours she decides to ask me to come in early then booked just to do someone’s hair while also doing mine rushing through mine I didn’t even get it styled almost $300 is crazy most I’ve ever paid was 180 which included styling so not sure what her issue is.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Madison is awesome! She always does such a great job with both my cut and color. She listens really well and gives great advice!

Mads is am amazing stylist. She gave my thin, flat hair so much texture and dimension. She listened to what I wanted and made sure it was right at every step. The management at Bak 4 More is also incredible, they were so supportive and kind.

I have seen almost every stylist at Bak 4 More and none of them have ever disappointed me! The prices are amazing, the staff is super friendly, they have the best hair care products, and every time I leave the salon, I always get a compliment on my hair. They also provide other services like waxing and tinting, which I take advantage of.

On June the 3rd i had an appr to color correct my hair. It was a complicated process as my attempt to color my roots and then color correct myself were a disaster. Beth worked on my hair with an assistant for over 4 hours. It was a 4 step process and they were meticulous in their work. I was pampered the whole time, including dinner from a restaurant. I live in Naples, FL but was in Lexington for a week and a friend made the appt. I'm very grateful.

I go see Katie Noel for my haircuts and I always have an amazing experience. I have to book in advance every go around because she’s highly in demand. I can’t say enough good things about the people at Bak 4 more….but if you’re getting a man cut book with Katie.

I LOVED Madison. She was the sweetest lady ever. She gave me such GOOD advice about how important hair care is and gave me good products recommendations, can’t wait to be back for my next appointment!

I’ve gotten more compliments than ever before since getting my hair cut with Heather last week. She’s awesome!

This studio is hopping! There are so many things to do for yourself here! I had my long, thick and wavy hair cut. Stephanie frosted it and added some Rose Gold highlights. Absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend.

I had car trouble and wasn’t able to make it to my appointment and they charged a $50 cancellation fee even after letting them know. This place is trash
