Baylee is an absolute hair goddess!!! I couldn’t recommend her enough for any and all hair services. I just got 22” extensions installed and it was the best experience I’ve had and I’m so in LOVE with my hair!! She’s so knowledgeable from hair care to the best products to use. The atmosphere at the salon is so chill, laid back and over all very comforting. The ladies at Southerland Beauty definitely know what their doing 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Baylee did such an amazing job on our sprays tans for our wedding. We had never had a spray tan and were a little apprehensive. She put our minds at ease and was so thorough and informative about everything she was doing. She made us feel so incredibly comfortable and the color was so natural! Would highly recommend!

I booked with Baylee Pope at Southerland Beauty Company. I found the business to be very clean, stylish, and inviting. I cannot recommend Baylee highly enough. I have been looking for a stylist since moving back to NKY for over a year but hadn’t found a relationship that clicked. From the time I walked into the studio, Baylee made me feel at home and was dedicated to making sure that I was thrilled with my hair! In our last session, Baylee found a portion of my color that she wasn’t quite satisfied with and made sure that the color was perfect. Baylee is very knowledgeable and is eager to work with clients to ensure they love their hair! You can tell this is more than a job for her, it’s a passion!

This salon is absolutely amazing. All of the girls there are so kind and personable. Makayla, the salon owner is so friendly and welcoming to everyone and anyone who walks in. I trust her 100% to do whatever to my hair. Tinia, does my lashes and does a FANTASTIC job. She takes her time, often checks to make sure I’m comfortable and they look so good when finished.

I feel like a new person! Thanks to Baylee for helping me out. I didn't really know what I needed to add life back into my hair but she walked me through it. ❤️
