The staff were all friendly and helpful. I had one person do my pedi and one do my mani. Both ladies were so nice and friendly. Their prices are great and they offer many different services (different pedicure levels, etc) . If you don’t have time to wait then you can book an appointment or sign in and have them call you. So happy with my experience here!

We were told we could not book an appointment ahead of time. So, we arrived five minutes after the time they opened and we’re told an hour or less wait and that they’d call when it was almost time. Came back after an hour and was told it’d be about ten more minutes. An hour later they still said it was almost our turn. However, the two people getting manicures then sat for pedicures and so it would have been after them that we would be able to get one. When originally arriving, the receptionist started to give a longer wait time, but the owner told him to say an hour instead. They did this to several more people who came in, saying it’s be an hour or less. After we had been waiting for more than two. Terrible service and experience.

Paid 75, not including tip for french tip. They look nothing like french tip. She cut the corners of all the toes she made them way shorter than I had them, didn't even shape them . She just put a white uneven line to called them french tip. The last picture was the expectations

Wonderful experience! Staff were very friendly & helpful! Marciela (hope I spelled it right) did a great job & excellent massaging of my tired calves!

I’ve gone here before and it’s never been this bad. I got nails done for graduation and they were uneven and chunky. I wanted chrome and they gave me iridescent. I will never be going here again.

Love going to Gloss! The sisters who work there, one being the owner, are so welcoming and friendly. All the girls do a PHENOMENAL job. My favorite, is the artistically, talented, Yaneth! Highly recommend Gloss!

Even though they were busy, they got to us rather quickly for a full set and 2 pedi's. Price was reasonable and the atmosphere was nice. Didn't like my nails 100%, but they were okay. Liked them enough that I will go back. And the color was amazing! Even the design was cute.

I got a manicure and pedicure from Karla and she did an amazing job! Definitely will be visiting her again in the future!

My prom nails were long French and cheap when I got them done, I came back to this place in October to do Halloween nails and I was recommended medium nails by the nail tech and the girl couldn’t even do the design I wanted and did French instead. She charged me $20 more for that set that wasn’t designed the way I wanted or even the length I wanted compared to another person who charged me $20 less because she felt bad for a set she did amazing on. Not to mention they’ve stayed on for 2 months and are very overgrown and damaged my nails to take off and wouldn’t come off when I soaked them!!! I recently finally got the pinky off and this is what all my nails looked like when I finally got them off

I go to the one in Dodge City, Ks. They do a fantastic job, my person-Fani- is awesome, she listens to what you like and want, not well this is how I do it! And she is a great conversationalist!! Thank you Fani, you always do a great job, and my "chanclas" are a hit!! Excuse the blurriness, my device is a tab, and was the best I could do, by myself. Suzanna
