We have had few good experiences but more bad. My son went in today and got his haircut by a gal that's new to the stylist world, that's perfectly fine as she's learning so no negativity on her but the fact her manager/instructor that was watching over her missed and went over my son's hair didn't "see" the numerous mistakes I had to pay for someone else to fix was a bit excessive especially $32 later.

Nicole (OG) has taken care of me probably the last five years or so. She is my regular go to stylist. She makes sure I am looking the same each time and I appreciated that totally! GO Nicole!!!

My time on the app said I was five minutes away from getting called up and then I refreshed a minute later and it changed to 24 minutes. I don’t know how this location is four stars, but I’m calling bs on the good reviews. I’m looking through them and they seem fake.
