I had an appointment for 4:15 and they didn’t start on my nails until around 4:35. I understand that sometimes shops run behind but I didn’t receive any sort of apology or notice of how long I’d be waiting. When I mentioned this at the end of my appointment the nail tech laughed in my face. My nails also didn’t turn out like I asked at all but the set isn’t bad, just not what I wanted. I used to like this place a lot but the customer service has definitely declined.

They were very nice and super fast. Good quality and great price. Love how my nails turned out!

Van, Jon & crew are always very welcoming, clean & friendly environment. No matter the design we show Van she can do it. Our go to place for mani’s, pedi’s and wax.

This was the most horrific place I’ve ever gotten Arcrylics from. I came in, showed a picture and got NOTHING similar to what I wanted. The lady was incredibly aggressive with the hand massage, made me bleed from cutting my cuticles and after asking her why they’re uneven she proceeded to do my nails. I called when I got home to see if I could get a refund or a reshaping/repainting and they told me they don’t do refunds and would charge me more for reshaping/repainting. The manager is INCREDIBLY unprofessional, the place is HORRIBLE, the job they do is DISGUSTING and the vibe is anything but relaxing. If I could give a place 0/5 I would because i have never felt more humiliated in my life.

I have natural nails and the polish was thinned with acetone, I saw her do it. The polish lasted 1day and when I took it off my nails were yellow.i had to file my nails within a day because she left snags. I could do a better manicure myself but I thought it would be a nice pampering day…it was not. I had a lot of cuticle and calluses left also.

Spent $97 for the higher end manicure and pedicure. Seems like they used products they got from dollar tree, not to mention, the paint job looks terrible. This was my first time going here and it will definitely be the last. Very poor service

Ann did a cat eye magnet. she is so good at what she does and listened to my request and did my nails exactly like what I want it.

Julie is kind, professional and does an EXCELLENT job with designs, acrylic and also dip powder. Shop is clean, workers wear masks.

It was a night mare .. the experience was horrible. The owner worked with me and she filed all my nails to a side and to the flesh.. and kept going.. had to repeated tell her. She could not understand the issue she had created. My nails pointing to left while my fingers pointing to right. Which is unlike my real nail. Had to explain over and over again.. for her to say I fic it and still could not do a better job. I don’t usually put reviews because you never know what the other person is dealing in life. But this one .. is different.. as she thought she is fixing.. she ruined it even more

I was a walk in and in desperate need of having my nails reshaped and polished. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the service I received was amazing. I will definitely be back.
