Defined Nails

Loved them and my nails looked great! The people here listen to me. They don't ignore you like Tim's nails. LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT DEFINED NAILS. I wish they did eyebrows!

Stopped by for a pedicure and let me just say they did not disappoint! For starters, THEY ANSWER THE PHONE unlike most shops around Gonzales. Like someone else said in the comments, they listen to you and they don’t rush. They still have their protective shields up at every station….I LOVE THAT! I haven’t spent over $28 on a pedicure in a long time but guess what it was worth the price of $35! I would rather spend more for quality customer service any day of the week. I was greeted and serviced right away, this was my first visit but they made me feel as though I was one of their regulars🥰! Yes I'll be back and you guys should stop by as well if you hadn’t already!

This was my 1st visit in but I will definitely be back. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and Pam did a phenomenal job! She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted! Thanks Pam!

I had waited a good solid 15 minutes, then when the women started my nails, she cut me while grinding down the nails. I had to pick 3 different colors. I asked for coffin nails, they werent a coffin shape much. Also, I washed my hands and went back, my nails were slanted. Overall, they are good.

Hello, On yesterday September 13, 2017 I walked into defined nails at about 6:45pm. I was not greeted, so I preceded to take a chair, there I started a great conversation with a woman who was waiting for her daughter who said she had been there since 4:00pm. I sat for a moment until I finally got up to tell them I wa there for a pedicure. Tam, put her head back down with one available pedicure chair. Three of the chairs were taken. One lady left. Two ladies remained at this point. They didn't get the chair available. They proceeded to work on the other ladies, then the other two chairs became available, I then asked Mary, if I may sit and soak my feet, she exclaims, "NO"! "Not yet", at this point it's 7:00pm, I had been coming to this nail shop for a long time. I always felt like they were prejudice a little but this broke the camels back. To be treated unfairly. I was the only African American woman in there.

First visit here. Very convenient that they take appointments & I was able to get in the same day! She did a great job on my nails!

They do an AMAZING job! Love that my nails still look great for 2 weeks (sometimes 3) before I go back for a new color.

Tam and Amanda are the best! HANDS down! Have been coming here since Tam opened.
