They are polite but they make up prices, especially if you’re using Zelle. And they can’t do a simple French tip set.. I would honestly only come here to get a nail take off

This place was so bad , and I told the lady I wanted a medium length and she kept insisting that shorter would be cuter and I said no. She went ahead and did what she wanted. Then this is what my nails look like the next day ... let the pictures tell you how good this place is... and this was $30 😕 …

I hate to leave a review, because I do not want the two hardest working employees this place has to lose a potential forever client, but phew. The rest of the crew here needs a boot. The manager got an attitude because I complained that the services I paid for and was charged for were not correct. I told the girl at the counter that told me for a basic pedicure (lacquer) and an originally DIP Mani with 3 tips was for $110. But it's for $110 with the special pedicure and dip I usually do. Not only that, but manager refused to have the end result fixed because "you no tell?" Yes I did. I told the tech doing my nails I wanted an orange glitter on top of the black base for my Mani to keep with the autumn feel, and she then proceeded to use gel over the nail and called it done. No glitter, nothing. So I hope everyone avoids this place now as I originally went here when Zen Nails went downhill and have always found the two near the sink in the back to be the best there are here! Ak

This place has the worst customer service ever. The nail tech walked up to me while she was looking at her phone and said can i help you. The whole time i had to ask her where should i sit because she was so into her phone. She was literally filling the pedicure tub with cold water. I had to tell her twice the water was cold. She was very dismissive and rude. All of that on top of the hour wait. Me and my friend was literally in disbelief.

this place is great! i got an acrylic fill with pink french tips and it turned out perfect. hoa did a wonderful job! i have also gotten my eyebrows waxed here for years and they always do a great job.

I went to the salon yesterday my polish is chipping already and I paid for gel. The lady at booth 6 was terrible. I was there for 2.5 hours she was very slow and did not know what she was doing. I have gold flakes mixed in with my maroon polish

They do an awesome job here . You may have to wait a little bit. But it’s worth the wait. Go here you won’t regret it! I’ve been going here for years.
