I was definitely impressed at the building inside, super cute rooms, love that it offers more privacy and feels more personal. Lauren with Gloss Genius was so wonderful. She listened and made recommendations on what to do, as well as gave me the reason for her recommendations. She was also upfront about pricing, so there were no surprises when I paid. Did I mention how much I love my hair? Booked another appointment and will definitely continue to do so! Highly recommend Gloss Genius!

Highly recommend. The people here are nice and welcoming. The facility is clean inside and out. The area is nice. I recently went here to get a haircut from an outstanding barber who goes by the name Brooklyn Ben. Look him up and book a cut. You'll thank me later.

Had an appointment scheduled at 1:00 pm with Jenni Styles. While on my way to my appointment, she sends me a text at 12:20 pm to say she wouldn’t be done with her current client until 3pm therefore would have to cancel my appointment. So, she just canceled my appointment. She didn’t have the decency to tell me sooner than this. Was leaving for a trip the next day and had to scramble around to find someone at the last minute. Had me so upset! Very rude and VERY unprofessional! Luckily, I have good friends who know other braiders. If I could give this a zero, I would. Don’t have to worry about me scheduling anything else with her or refer anymore friends to her.

The salon was like coming from couch to first class very beautiful personality my hair was messed up bad from the last two stylist and I was honestly afraid to go to anyone else she made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. What a lovely idea! A mini office plaza type space filled with tiny salons and similar services. I am imagining this provides better control of decor, cleanliness, inventory and hours than renting booth space, less overhead than a typical strip mall salon, and less invasive than a home based salon.
