Absolutely love this hair salon! We usually see Katie and our last visit we seen Trisha. They are both amazing and we loved our cuts and colors from both! They are both very friendly and love the atmosphere here! If you’re looking for a great place in Bloomington that won’t mess your hair up this is the place!

I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I have so much anxiety about getting my hair done because I've met so many uncaring stylists, but that was NOT the case today! Brandi sent me home looking and most importantly feeling absolutely amazing, and I'm pretty sure I know where I'll be going for future styles. I can't remember the name of the lady who set the appointment up for me over the phone, but she was also fantastic; very patient and understanding as I described how difficult it is to schedule things with 60 hour work weeks - and because of that I was able to get an awesome cut today. Just an all around lovely experience and I can't wait to come back.

I have been been going to TM Hair Design for many years. Great salon! Very nice atmosphere and everyone is really friendly. Mickey always does a great job on my hair and she goes above and beyond to get me in when I need. I recently had many cockleburs stuck in my hair down to the scalp. I called Mickey and she made sure I was going to get in to see someone immediately. Jenny was so willing to help, she came in on her day off and was able to get them out! I am so grateful for their quick response to my problem! I highly recommend TM Hair Design and Spa and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I finally found my go to hairdresser! I have not had one since before Covid and have tried several. Maddie did exactly what I asked and it was the best cut I have had since I have gone short. She really knew how to work with all my hair quirks and styled it, getting my hair completely dry so it stayed how it was styled. It seems some are quick to get me out the door before my hair is completely dry, therefore it finishes drying doing what it wants.

My first time there today. I had stylist Katie. My hair had been thru ringer, out grown roots, and gray all grown in and I walked out, looking like 1 million bucks. Katie us a magician with blondes! Entire staff was so welcoming and attentive. I definitely thought services were going to cost at least $80 more than they did.Happy returning customer!!

I made an appointment May, before an event (going out of the country) for my vacation. Laurie did my nails, and they started peeling during the day (she put my hands in lotion (on accident)) before putting on my nails on my right hand. Left hand was OK. Paid $40+ with tip for my nails to be done. I called so I could reschedule, and tried that two times, and life happens, and I'm moving away in a month. And so now I've been calling to see what they can do so my money just doesn't go completely to waste, because they can't schedule me in. Although I've called again and again and again, just to hear that I'd get a call back to see what could be done. (Also today, the owner said because this has never happened before, and I didn't take photos of my nails on that day (which they never asked me too, and said I switched my story(?) that's it's too bad). Which is silly to me, because anyone who knows me, knows my character and that I live an honest life. I called and told her THE day that this happened in May, before I left and have been trying to get rescheduled in for two months, so I don't understand why she's telling me that I'm lying. Probably because, I don't know how many times I had to explain this issue over and over to 3 or 4 different people, front assistants, and I think a stylist who picked up the phone just to hear the owners not available and I would get a call back. Never. Again. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, to have to go through this. I can understand if she just doesn't want to deal with rescheduling anymore and just doesn't want to help me, but insinuating that I am lying about what happened is disgusting to me.

Such a cute salon!! Had no idea it existed but it’s been here for about 40 years. The remodel looks great! This was my first time here so I was a bit nervous with who to trust to chop my hair. I got Jen and she did wonderful! Sweetest lady who knows what she’s doing.

This is a great atmosphere to get pampered. The ladies who work there dress professionally and classy. The prices are reasonable. The front receptionist is a great help both at an appointment and when calling to get scheduled. I went here to get hair and nails done for my wedding and have been going ever since.

Jess is amazing at my nails. I absolutely love her and she introduced me to my 2nd love for my hair Mary!!! All the staff have been great and are friendly whenever I am there, but these 2 are my fave!

Did not had good experience with them. Receptionist was showing so much attitude for few mins delay. I was new customer to them and got few mins late due to some circumstances…without any knowledge and information they said we can’t do it because you’re late. Atleast that rule they should tell before booking an appointment with customer. Very disappointing as I was really hoping to get my hair done on that day for one of the special event and couldn’t get it done on time.
