Freeze and look no further for all your needs. I just have to say that Zen Nail Lounge is exactly what I’ve been needing & looking for. I moved to Idaho in April and haven’t had any luck finding a salon to do my nails. As a girlie that loves her acrylics, pedicures, & eye lash extensions Zen Nail Lounge has it all. Chloe and the team were so kind, welcoming, and I’ll be coming to this salon from now on. I’ve enjoyed my time here and look forward to coming back for eyelash extension and a full. Thank you again. I’d leave a 10 star review if I could! Pick Zen lounge you won’t be disappointed. Salon is clean, service is exceptional and nails are on fleek. Plus they have drinks and chocolate treats while you can relax in a comfortable massage chair.

If you are looking to get a manicure, I highly recommend JAY aka the “Michael Jordan of nails.” He was done within a less than an hour and was very kind throughout the appointment. I had a specific request and he nailed it. He was very friendly and easy to converse with. Go see JAY to get your nails done.

My First time there, the staff are welcoming and friendly. Got my acrylics and pedicure done. They are able to do the designs I want and they also did a fantastic job on my pedicure. Highly recommend!

Service was fine but they have absolutely no skill. I went in for a fill and a pedicure- very underwhelming quick pedicure. Only one foot got scrubbed? My fill..? Goodness.. I have acrylic nails on and they filed the color off then just painted over it with gel and I got French tips so you can see exactly where the acrylic ends. EXTREMELY lumpy and just hideous. Not to mention $140 for this 40 min pedi and fill. Horrific waste of money.

Went to this facility with a group of ladies. We had a blast. The service I received was the deluxe pedicure by a very communicative, friendly and good at the service he provided. His name is Seven. Full foot soak, massage with hot stones, foot wax and scrub while in massaging chairs with drinks. Comparable on pricing. They offer different selections on pedicures, manicures and waxing. I also got an upper lip and eyebrow wax from a very nice lady Evan. She did awesome. Evan and Seven I highly recommend. Thankyou so much for a very enjoyable, relaxing and very clean facility for a spa day.

Service was great, however they are not skilled at all. My nail art was insanely terrible so i asked if they could redo it. Instead they repainted my nails with a variety of odd colors which turned into a mess. I sadly don’t have the picture of the design nails, but i do have the inspo picture aswell as the after math. They also painted my toes which was the only good thing. I payed 70 dollars for my set. Such a scam.

I’ve always had good experiences here, I went in today for a birthday set and they had two new incredible employees, Victoria, who did my toes and Chloe, who did my nails! They are top-tier!! They went above and beyond to give me what I asked for!

Excellent nail service! Had their enhanced gel nails and they look amazing! So much better than plain gel! Chloe did my nails and was great and very personable!! They have several nail techs! Clean and professional! I understand they have new management! Very impressed!

Paid $135 for a pedicure for myself and a pedicure for my daughter. They just painted my daughter’s nails and the gel is already coming off two days later. My toe is now hurting extremely bad and is red and swollen.

Under previous management, I had some not so great service. Went there today, under new management, and couldn’t be more pleased! Victoria did a FABULOUS job on my pedicure! Zen nails is more than a nail salon for me. They are my foot doctor. I get bad in-grown toes and cracks in my feet. I go once a month and they take care all the issues with professionalism. I enjoy the conversations. I do miss one nail tech Bee. He was amazing.
