Okay, guys, this was my first time to go into this nail shop. The atmosphere, the service, and the nail tech Tina. Was awesome as I looked around. I noticed they clientele, was 98% black. So I went to the manager who was on duty at the time. and asked Do we not have any wine or spritzer, or water or anything to serve? So we can be comfortable. I will definitely go back. I enjoy my nails. Tina really cater to me. We really need our own nail shops peroid.

Okay so, I’ve been going here for about a year now and I actually love it! I’m very particular with who I give my hard earned money to when it comes to service and I feel like if I’m paying for something then I should get exactly what I’m paying for within a good atmosphere! However, I just had my first bad experience with the manager JOHN, he is very rude and will talk over you I guess because he feels like he has the right to but in actuality, he doesn’t! Everyone else that has done my services were very present and professional and he is very unprofessional! He did not end up doing my nails as I requested and he’ll never do them with the attitude he has nor will I pay for something that I didn’t ask for!

The pedicure was done well. The service was prompt and friendly, as I was a walk-in without an appointment. I was only disappointed with the nail trim and buff manicure that I requested. I I showed the stylist where my nails had been damaged and still had residual glue from a previous manicure, (not from this salon). I wanted to leave my nails natural and just have all the residual glue removed and then the nail surface buffed smooth. I was charged $10 for the service but there still remains glue and rough nail surface on several of my fingers. This was disappointing after having received such a fine and detailed pedicure.

I went to get an ultimate pedicure and it was OK. The cost when I looked at the menu was $58 but when I went to check out, the amount was $68 that was one issue for me. The other issue was that I had asked about the cost for my eyebrows and for lip wax and I was told one price when I got to the cash register. It was another price and their excuse was they thought that I only wanted to get one eyebrow waxed (thats crazy). Please pay attention to what nail salons are charging you. Smh.

Not impressed with customer service. Nails didn’t come out to my liking and to change color he said he would have to charge me an additional $20. He knew the nails were ugly bc he suggested ways to make them look better before I even mentioned I didn’t care for them. Also the gentleman quoted me a price while I was sitting down and some how was charged $10 additional dollars.

I have been going to USA nails at the Fayetteville location for two years. I went into the nail shop on 7/11/2025 to get my usual manicure pedicure and gel polish. I left there bleeding and fingers painful. Two days after the manicure, I am still bleeding with pain. I hope I am not infected. Oh, and the polish service was the worst. She left polish on my skin! I had to repeat several times that I wanted a matte finish that turned out mediocre at best. You would think with her wearing glasses, she would have been more precise. I am done with this shop.

Been going here for awhile now. Really liked my pedicure from Julie! She took out an ingrown it was quite painful but healing as of right now. Forgot to get the name of who did my nails at first I liked them until I sat in the car. SNS french tip with tips with a removal of $60 + tip just to have them chipping away. The french line itself is a bit blurred into the base color. Not sharply defined..If you notice very closely on the sides if they look lighter, that means they are chipping and lifting. It’s now Monday..I got them done on Saturday. They are chipping and lifting at 2 days..I brought my sis-in-law and her nail tech’s name was Joy. Her set was so beautiful, evened out, no chipping and she made sure to get the french tip by drawing gel polish. Her set was so amazing. If you’re going to ask someone to do your hands, please get Joy! The 4 out of 5 was for Julie my nail lady for my pedicures. Will be requesting Joy for my nails if I ever decide to even come back.

Went to get pedis for my bday with a couple of my friends. One friend only soaked her feet in water since she just got a pedi elsewhere a couple days ago. Before leaving she asked multiple techs if she had to pay and they said no since she didn’t do anything. Once we were out the door my other friend came out and told us they accused my friend of “running out on them without paying” and charged her an extra $10 even though they had JUST told my friend (who was more than willing to pay for simply putting her feet in some water) she didn’t need to pay. If you go here just beware. Don’t let them get you too.

Tina did and absolutely amazing job on my nails! She paid attention to detail and everything I asked for and delivered. She even gave me a nail consultation on how to keep my cuticles and under my nails free from buildup! I will be back in 2 weeks!

I've been going here for over 10 years. Truy is the best. He's the only one I prefer to do my nails. Julie is my go to for eyebrows, lashes, and waxing.
